THIS IS A SCAM
This has been an absolute xxxxxxxx . I would never recommend this experience to no one. Rene is a fast talking xxxxxxx and a liar. Nobody never answers the phone because they avoid the fact that they sold you lemon and take your money with a smile. I’ve only had this car for 2 weeks and it has already broke down twice. Do NOT!!!! Do business with this place.!!!! This is a complete scam

Nightmare from xxxx ! If he’ll was a car lot
Do NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM HERE First impression Brought a car in less than a week it completely turned off on the freeway in which I almost lost my life . I explained the issue with the repair department and was ignored for days until Monday when I told her my child is involved . They tried to forgery documents saying I was getting my car taken instead of returning the car after a week . I had to call a witness along with the police to even get a return on the car . The payment department is very rude and wanted me to pay a payment of $175-200 for a car that would randomly break down on the street . When I asked for proof that the document didn’t exist any longer they gave me the run around . I know another individual who car was sold to him with a bad tint , messed up Tires (had to replace 4-8 tires within the 30 days ) , had him sign a work order just for them to NEVER SHOW UP OR PICK IT UP , along with multiple dashboard lights being on . I was told by JENNIFER I couldn’t take over a car note when it clear as day states the owner can sign it over . The truth is they didn’t want to deal with me after I expose them . Oh and the salesperson told me he was trying to hurry up to greet some strippers ! So good luck with repairs or the professionalism of the staff . My boyfriend and I had issues with them since we left the lot … if you’re not of their ethnicity they WILL DISAPPEAR, DISREGARD , AND DISMISS YOU. This is my public record since issues have yet to get resolved and since my boyfriend is still in contracted with them and can be impacted . GET THE GAP INSURANCE and a lawyer !!! 03/18/23 Also since I called them out regarding me getting my car fixed along with this review … they asked me to specifically pay 20% for a 06 Toyota Corolla that they claim is worth 10,000( same worth as current 2013s car down payments ). They are a sorry excuse for a in house financing and lose a customer with a good credit score with money ready in hand ! It’s a hard NO for me !!! 04/10/2023 Johnny (manager) agreed with them discriminating with me charging me above the regular customers (Hispanics )that buy from their company . Johnny had no compassion or anything regarding how I was treated . I submitted my complaint to BBB IMMEDIATELY!!! And If your not Hispanic please don’t waste your time because they will overcharge you and play you . Asked for corporate number and finally went to BBB.Thank me later 06/03/23 My boyfriend made a payment of 427.00 on 05/19/23 for my car note . I received a receipt from my the dealership and was told a fraud dispute was filed. When I acquired about the matter from my bank , I was told a dispute never occurred and the business received the payment . Jennifer Avila from mi Tierra made a false document to try to get an additional $427.00 plus another $232.00 that was due . I learned documents were changed and stories was not adding up

Bad accounting
Turn around! This people will not work with you and Shut Down your Car the Minute you are Late 1 Payment! Yes the will shut it down! There is other more affordable and Durable Used Car Lots in the Area that Get Pay their money in a Less wreckless way!! Accounting here sucks!!! They will stress the fact that is a credit based financing system and will NOT understand a bit of what you have to say. Terrible place of business for their Used Cars! I will never invest again!

Worst customer service they think they can call your phone that you pay a bill on and talk to you any kind of way they not understanding at all they get you into they over priced vechile by telling you anything looking for another car December will be my last month with them please whatever you do keep looking for other dealerships they not the only one in the Houston area I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody even if this they last result you will not be happy at all

Bad Customer Services.
They are so rude. The car had low mileage when I got it but also was leaking oil since the first time we got it. Took it to the shop did not find anything wrong. I ended up paying 1400 to fix a leak that they did not fix . On top of everything else bad customer service, unprofessional staff.

HORRIBLE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
I purchased a vehicle for too much but my credit was bad. They gave me a hard time making and excepting my payments because car was under my husband's name. Horrible customer service. Why should I have to argue to make my own payment?????? Wouldnt exept my payment unless i brought car in for inspection... (stupid) i returned the car and took my business elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend to nobody.
