Porsche Westlake

Westlake Porsche took care of us when we experienced a service issue while visiting SoCal. They took our car, fixed it with all applicable warranties, communicated extremely well, and made an immediate impression on what customer service and care means to them. As a result, we recently drove back to SoCal to specifically buy a CPO vehicle from them. Their modern dealership coupled with the extensive inventory made it another tremendous experience. This is a top notch dealership who knows what it means to take care of customers and build relationships.

I recently purchased a Porsche Macan S at Rusnak Porsche in Westlake, CA. The sale person was Patrick Rodriguez and he was a very nice person and very accommodating. He is a good guy and knows how to sell and negotiate. Before I picked-up the Porsche, I was introduced to Leila Veyseh who is the Manager of Sales & Finance at Porsche Westlake to do all the paperwork, title, registration, certified Porsche and warranty explanation, etc. Mrs. Veyseh is a wonderful lady, knowledgeable, kind, and a credit to Rusnak Porsche. She took her time explaining everything and taking care of all the paperwork. She is genuine and very professional. She also saw to it that she was there for the final inspection before I took possession of my Porsche. There were a couple of very small cosmetic issues and they immediately got to work and took care of them. I wan to thank Mrs. Veyseh and Patrick for their assistance and making the purchase process (though a bit long) enjoyable. People like Leila Veyseh are rare and hard to come by and I highly recommend Rusnak Porsche because of her and also Patrick.
