A Wonderful experience

Purchasing my new Porsche from Mark at Rusnak Porsche was truly a wonderful experience. From the first test drive I had to the final signing, Mark made me feel very comfortable and extremely confident that he was being honest and very fair. Great service

Steve Ellis was immediately available up my arrival for my appointment for service. He was friendly and professional and had me on my way in just a few minutes. He call me when my car was ready earlier than scheduled.

I had my Porsche smogged.

The dealership accommodated my 11 am arrival and got the car out in less than 2 hrs. The car was washed in that time as well. I was very satisfied.

Great service

This is the best place to get your Porsche serviced, if you are anywhere in the LA/Ventura area. Very reliable and friendly. Also great for buying, as they tend to be able to find whatever you need regardless of where it is located around the country + have a lot of capability for getting custom orders in.

Excellent Car Buying Experience

Best car buying experience ever (seriously). Mike Medina fielded questions from me over a 3 month period with incredible patience. He checked in with me periodically in a friendly and non-pushy manner. Also, even in 2015, you would not believe the way some people treat women buying sports cars. Mike was not condescending at all. The other great quality about Mike is his responsiveness. I emailed him from the road passing by the dealership, and in only a few minutes, he emailed me the available cars, I stopped in, and left with an amazing new vehicle.

BEST Service!!

This is the BEST service department I have experienced!! Steve went over everything my car needed. I had thought to wait, but he had a loaner car ready for me ... no fuss, no hassle. By the end of the day my car was ready. They did everything they agreed to, and then cleaned it (almost better than Lavaggio!) Everyone I was in contact at the dealership was extremely nice and friendly. Couldn't be happier!!
