DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR RUINED I made the biggest mistake bringing my perfectly running car to Lake Norman Hyundai for a simple spark plug replacement. What followed was three visits of pure incompetence that turned my reliable vehicle into an expensive pile of problems. THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSED: VISIT 1: Simple spark plug replacement ? Car went in running perfectly ? Came out jerking with slow acceleration VISIT 2: Returned at 8am AGAIN for them to ?fix? their screw-up ? Still jerking, still no acceleration ? They failed to fix the problem THEY created new problem with AC.Now they?ve destroyed my AC system too VISIT 3: ? AC was working perfectly on both sides ? Now only works on one side after they ?reset the system? ? Their ?solution? created another expensive problem FINAL RESULT: My car is now a disaster. What was a perfectly running vehicle is now: ? Jerking and undriveable due to their botched spark plug job ? AC system damaged and only partially functional

I am thankful that the dealership provided a loaner. Many times I?ve read and heard that some Hyundai dealerships do not provide loaners but this dealership did provide a loaner. The employees at the dealership are friendly. The problem that brought my vehicle for service was the climate control cluster failed despite being a new vehicle? less than eight months since purchase. It took approximately three months before the issue was fixed. It is not clear to me whether this is because there is a shortage in this unit or some other issue. When I did receive my vehicle back, the climate control cluster was not the same type that was in the vehicle when purchased ? meaning it did not have all the functions? the dealership had to order the correct climate control cluster (which took only two days to arrive ) and it finally installed the correct climate control cluster. There was also an additional issue which was the 12 volt battery had discharged and had to be replaced. The mechanic could not tell me why the 12 volt battery was not being charged by the alternator. When I asked whether the alternator was defective, the answer was no but when I asked what was the cause, there was no answer. This brings me to my criticism of the dealership which is providing an explanation of the issues, the solutions and a timeline for repair. As a consumer and customer, I would have liked this information. While this dealership provides a text number to a representative who is the contact person while your vehicle is being repaired, the communication lacks informative and helpful information. That being said, today?s vehicles are more complicated because of the electronics and electrical systems and it may be a failure of Hyundai the company providing enough information and training to its dealerships and its mechanics. I am thankful that my vehicle was repaired and the dealership provided a loaner. I would recommend this dealership to others and I intend to continue to use them in hopes of building a relationship with them. If I am able to build a relationship with them of trust and respect then they have earned my business whether in handling my repairs or future purchases.

The Worst experience I got with any car dealer, The Sales Guy cheated us with paper work, I booked the Vehicle with online price : $29035, When I reached at dealership with the 0% Apr 60 months, The price we agreed on $31535 ($2500 extra for special Financing), When I got home I see the Price is $33522 ( $1987 Dealer package included to price , Which I refused when offered), I have been contacting the sales and finance team and getting no help. This is day light cheating. Karma is going to come back to you. On top of it the vehicle ad says 3500 miles but the vehicle in reality for 4500 miles, Also I was given a non cleaned, Low pressure and 1/4 fuel talk ( which got filled when I complained about it ) . Cheaters.
