The salesmen was very friendly and likable like most salesmen like to be. The facility was inviting and if you find yourself waiting you can read the constitution which is sitting on the coffee table.

My wife and I were shopping around for a used car. We had decided to stop in and test drive the car we were looking at. The salesman Bret was awesome. He let us test drive the car and the following week we purchased it. Bret was really patient with us and let us take as much time needed to check the car out. Overall, we had a great experience and we are really happy with our used car.

Bret and his dealership was a great find for me. I drove over 2 hours to find them but it was worth the drive. I was looking for a 525i with MT and they had a great one at a fair price. Bret was friendly and helpful. I will be recommending them to anyone looking for a quality used car, especially a BMW.

Bret was honest affordable and a small town pleasure to deal with. I am a picky buyer and gleaned Lancaster and Berks county for a great deal always comparing to my local business owner and they were reasonable and gave me so many perks extra. He even offered to buy me new car mats after I already purchased the car(I sorta thought they were in the car but found out later they were not. Small town honesty and personable employees, no need to look elsewhere I ended up buying after I researched all the big lots and they actually give you warranty for free and future inspections. I really didn't even need to waste all my time searching cause I ended up buying where I started looking after a long 2 month search and many wasted hours looking elsewhere, I highly recommend Whitaker Motors

Bret Whitaker was my salesman. Very nice and helpful. Not overbearing at all. He stayed late so that I could pick up the car after I was finished at work at 6:30. I would return here if ever I need another car.

I've bought twice from this dealership and have been very satisfied with both purchases. Service after the sale was also impressive. They are quick to address things if necessary. First purchase was an 02 Trailblazer which I drove for 5 years. Very few issues with the vehicle, regular maintenance basically. Second purchase was an 07 Prius in September 2012 and I'm still driving this car today, 85,000 miles later. Runs great and has been extremely dependable. Whitaker still inspects this vehicle annually for me. I continue to watch the lot here and provided something shows up that fits the bill, I would buy from here again. I certainly recommend this dealership to friends and family who I know are in the market to buy.
