We have bought our last 3 cars from Bud's we just love the selection and the staff are the best, very friendly and go the extra mile for you. We're going out this week to look at a bigger SUV.

We bought a truck from Buds about 10 years ago. Because it was such a good truck, we decided to go back to Bud's. After finding a truck, I drove my truck down to see what they would give for it. The gentleman that test drove our truck was extremely nice and personable. However, the salesman that I was dealing with stared at his computer the entire time I was waiting for the man to come back with my truck. He never spoke a word to me. When they decided what they would give for our old truck, he looked up a said a figure. Completely impersonal. I am so sick of people staring at devices and not making human contact. Then, he told me that they do all of the financing. I couldn't use the bank of my choice. Will not ever return. Please in this day of everyone staring at devices, when selling a 55,000$ truck have some human connection with your customers! Purchased a new truck form a dealer with personality!

I bought a 2016 Buick Encore there April of 2019,not even a week later my car started to act up. The dealership did come out, picked it up and fixed it. After I got it back my engine light kept coming on, and it was hard to get up the hills. Took it to Stuckey Buick in Altoona, vehicle needed new coil, because what was in there was aftermarket, spark plugs too. $667.40. Less than a year later, squealing noises, valve cover replaced along with front crankshaft seal replaced. $590.16. Month later took it too the garage because of ticking, spark plug corrosion. 14 days later car would not work smoke everywhere. Needs new engine and turbo, $5553. Moral of the story is I bought a worse car then all of my cheap cars I’ve ever owned, I’m a healthcare worker now with having to use my dads car for work. Winter is coming, and of course I don’t have over 5,000 in my back pocket. I’m very disappointed and will tell my bank tomorrow not to put Bud’s Auto link attached to my bank. The car was a problem from the beginning, should have just given it back as soon as I got home from the lot. So I will be telling everyone I know of my misfortune.

How many of u people got lied to about paying $389 for the dealer fee. They told me the state requires they charge that much. Lie

Very good experience, no pushy salespeople to hassle me. Great vehicles to choose from , I got a fair price for my trade in. They were courteous and easy to deal with. I would go back to buy another vehicle.

We recently bought our second vehicle from Bud's. We were very happy with the truck that we bought with Tom, a year or so ago, and now our daughter needed a car. We needed another reliable car, that we could trust to take her 4 hours away! Tom and Ron teamed up, and got us a very nice car, and again a good price. We were on a very short time line to have the car ready for our daughter to be able to take it to school, and as luck would have it, we had a minor issue with it. I called Ron, and he took care of it without hesitation! Ron exceeded our expectation, and our daughter was able to drive to school on time! Thank you very much Tom and Ron, we will definitely come back to Bud's for future vehicle needs

My husband has wanted a diesel truck since forever. We have four vehicles already so it was a want versus need for us. Brion the salesman dealt with my husband and actually met the price from another dealer we got which is fantastic because their price is suppose to be their price. I met Bud the owner who was the sweetest man. The individual who did the paperwork said they never fill up the tank and Bud did it for us. The person who did our financing paperwork was so patient with me, I am a numbers person who has to see everything visually. Everyone was very personable, patient, and not pushy AT ALL. I highly recommend this dealership. This is coming from a girl who has always bought brand New vehicles so I think that is saying something. GO TO BUDS FOR A VEHICLE.

Tom Krcha made the sale so easy and safe. My car broke down right before Covid hit and as soon as Bud's was able to do business Tom made sure I was able to get the car and the deal I was interested in!

We would recommend bud's to anyone looking for a used vehicle. The only thing i didn't like was they hardly gave us any gas in the vehicle and because of the COVID-19 the car was clean but not detailed. That was fine.
