Great Experience!!

I recently purchased a 2004 Toyota Camry from this dealership and absolutely love the car! The sales team here are very knowledgeable and helpful. I was undecided on which type of car was right for me but they helped me every step of the way! I would highly recommend this dealership!!!

1999 Toyota Corolla- GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

I was looking for a car for my 17yr old(soon to be 18) and I was taking a trip to NJ, so I decided to check the local dealers. I wanted an older car that had reasonable miles(118,000) and work already done that I wouldn't have to take care of. I found the right car at Straight Motors! The car is older, and has a few blemishes(but don't we all as we get older) and makes a few squeaky noises, that I can live with. It test drove very well and was exactly what I was looking for. We flew in on a Wednesday and drove it to Chicago on Saturday. Brad and the group of people at the shop were friendly and easy to work with. My experience with Straight Motors was more than I expected. Thank you Brad.

Good Experience Old Car but drives good

I bought a Ford Focus here for a decent price the mirrors where a little foggy from old age. Mark offered to sand it off with a tool kit he had and left them looking great. They had no problem showing me the carfax on the car and the transaction was fast and painless. I drove that car straight to the beach no problems. I had it checked out my by mechanic and no issues were found. I have to say im content with my purchase.

Dealer response

In response to this customers experience...It is our Policy that all customers test drive vehicles prior to purchase how far they want to drive the vehicle is at the customers discretion. All our vehicles come with warranty...however this customer brought a mechanic and was advised by their mechanic that the brake pads were low n may need shocks in turn customer asked if we could adjust price so they could address repair n we accommodate them. Also note that the vehicle sold for $1,500 it does not qualify for a warranty. Were a 4 star accreditied Better Business Bureau Dealer that's 25 years of being in business without a substantial claim against our Company.Like everything else in life some people are just un reasonable this customer was fully advised at time of purchase w their mechanic ok the vehicle...Customer dosent mention that in this claim or the fact that we deducted monies to their mechanics request.

STAY AWAY!!!!

CHECKED OUT THIS DEALERSHIP BECAUSE IT HAD DECENT REVIEWS. WASTE OF TIME! THERE CARS ARE ALL DIRTY AND BROKEN! CAR I WANTED WOULDNT EVEN START! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Dealer response

Our company has no record of this customer or what vehicle they are referring to bc they never purchased a vehicle from our Company...Please note that we are in business for 25 years and are a 4Star Accredited Better Business Bureau rated Dealer which the highest rating you can earn in the State of New Jersey...We hold no merit to this customers claim...Thank you in advance for your time.

Peace of mind

Went to Straight Motors after seeing some pictures on cars.com. Test drove a 03 Nissan Altima, that was priced just right. It drove great but AC wasnt blowing cold air. Brad had his guy take it to the shop and charged the freon right away at no charge. I drove home in my new Nissan, air still blows ice cold. Thanks Guys

Good Experience

I bought my car there and it's been great. They helped me out throughout the buying process, Mark suggested a few options for my budget and I never felt like they pushed me to purchase anything. The car was in excellent condition and overall good experience I would recommend anybody to go check them out.

bad experience at straight motors

I can say that buying a car from straight motors was a stressfull experience. At the begining, before I sign any paper, the dealer(Mark) was very helpfull and kind "trying to help me out with everything". After I sign the papers and took the car from the parking in lot, it was a different story. As soon I got home, few check lights came on the panel. I told them what happen, but they told me that the garantee was only on the engine and transmission. The breaks were gone and oil still liking underneth my car. When it came to the license's plate, it was another headche. As a now, Im still waiting for the license's plate to arrive which they keep delaying. It has been almost two month since I got the car and every week I have been calling them about the license's plate. Since they already got the money their customer service went to the garbage. They are lazy and do not do what they tell you are suppose to do. If you are buying from them be ready to deal with these kind of problems.

Dealer response

In response to the experience . The reason customers sign contracts is too protect the customer & the dealer from anyone making unfounded claims. The said vehicle came with s 30 day warranty on the motor & transmission. There were no claims mentioned as far as brakes or leaks on the vehicle ever. Addressing the plate claim, There was a problem with the plates at Motor Vehicle because the customer failed to return his previous plates, there was a hold on any new registration or plates until fines were paid. The customer does not mention this in his claim. Therefore Straight Motor Sales can not be responsible for such claims do the the customers own negligence.
