Sarah was awesome.

Sarah was awesome. No pressure sale, very helpful and inspired confidence. Cesar took me though the special features which I would never have guessed and added even greater value to the car. Great experience. Totally recommend the dealer, especially for those who are getting bamboozled by aggressive and dishonest car sales tactics. Was refreshing after having gone to multiple dealers. Thank you!!

That isnt just the person I'm working with in service or in sales, or the techs, or in parts, ir in finance, or in management, it is each and every person at Browning, they ALL are the best. Part of the proof is my car and how Browning takes care of my baby. I drive and love to drive, resulting in over 192,000 miles. That's on my 2019 Mazda 3. The car runs likes new, has no issues, and is so reliable. All this thanks to Browning. Going to Browning is treat. Everyone is extremely positive, friendly, and just plain down to be sure each and every person coming in is treated like family. a really big THANK YOU everyone for what you do and how you do it!!!!! Wow, where do I even begin with Browning Mazda? From the moment I walked in, the entire team treated me like a VIP. Other dealerships barely gave me the time of day, and some even tried to push me into a used car I didn’t want. Browning was different. They rolled out the red carpet, respected my wishes, and never settled for anything less than exactly what I wanted. They did what no one else could: got me approved and into a brand-new car. Every bump in the process, they handled with total confidence and a smile — and that confidence paid off. Their dedication is rare, and it’s exactly why Browning Mazda will always have my loyalty. This is my forever dealership. Highly, highly recommend — 11 out of 10!

Trevor, Dimitri and Kimber made the process seamless- each answered any questions we had (and there were many) and worked with us to keep our payments at our target amount. Got a new CX-5 and was in and out in 2 hours. Knew what I wanted and what I was not going to pay. They worked with me and got me exactly what I was looking for with the needed payment and in a timely fashion. Awesome experience.

Browning goes up, above, and beyond to take care of each and every customer, with a team (everyone who is out front with customerd and those behind the scene) that is above all the rest making them the best. That means everyone in service, sales, admin, managment, maintenance, mechanics/techs, used and new department, parts (both for service and for public), along with each and every staff member behind the scenes making the whole dealership run so smoothly and of the very 1st person you see, the receptionist. THANK YOU one and all. I'm a high mileage driver with a 2019 M3 thst runs like new because Browning is the best and has prevented any and all serious issues.
