I'm from Pittsburgh PA. I wanted to buy a Dodge Dakota and did a Google search. There are not many 1999 Dodge Dakota's in my region that are still road worthy or worth the price that people are asking. I saw one come up at Instant Equity Auto on cars. com. Every single person i dealt with was excellent at answering any questions I had. I flew out and was there Black Friday 2024 they helped me with taking back my rental car, and off I went 2100 miles home with a used 1999 Dakota. Was I a little stressed? xxxx yes! But, the truck was cleaner then anything I've seen. And it didn't skip a beat! 80mph or 65mph, she just kept going! I was home by Monday and she is still going strong 💪. After I got back, I had some questions about the title and everything, again everyone was extremely helpful. As with any used car, I will say do your own research, anything can happen at any time. I bought this truck as is. But I can say it was exactly as they described it and I'm very happy with their service! Thank you, everyone at Instant Equity Auto 😁

If you don’t want a piece of xxxx vehicle and a useless warranty do not buy from Instant Equity! Worst experience ever and total waste of time and money .not 1 but 2 cars I purchased have ended up with serious transmission issues and they do want to fix it under their own warranty for neglect even tho they have put it off themselves for a month to fix it .

Four vehicles on four years! We keep coming back and.will.continue as we need. This is our Auto dealer. Recommend Equity very highly and look forward to doing business in the future.

When I bought a car from them I had no issues, my brother got a Grand Cherokee from them awhile later and the engine failed on us, an engine they said was new and when he brought it in to repair they just left it and dodged calls from my brother and my dad it was just weird, almost like they didn't want to take responsibility at all. Kind of crazy how we had such different experiences with this company

We have left a previous bad review due to a sour taste in our mouth from a truck not lasting more then a full week. Found out it was an easy fix and they were able to repair the problem and had good customer service. This is an apology for the previous bad review we have left on the 09 Ford F-150. So yes they are a good reliable company that’s number one priority is the customer thank you again to the great team at instant equity auto.

They have have met and exceeded my expectations beyond words. Salesman and management are very professional, curious, friendly and trustworthy. Out of numerous other car dealerships they had the largest selection and now I am the proud owner of the vehicle I had been looking for. We recently bought a used SUV. It's in very good shape. The guys were awesome. They were super helpful and we didn't feel hounded into buying a vehicle. The laid back, honest atmosphere is what really stood out the most. Braxton was really informative about every vehicle. The office was nice and organized.
