Both my husband and I bought our vehicles here and worked with both Nick and Samm. They were both very knowledgeable in what they do! Nick was constantly in touch with me regarding vehicles he was trying to find for me according to my “must haves.” He worked hard to find me exactly what I wanted! When it came to the financing part of things that is usually the most stressful, Samm lead us through to the end smoothly and it was actually an enjoyable experience! She’s a hoot! Nick was incredibly responsive. We ran into a bind with our existing car and needed a replacement quickly. He made himself available immediately and spent a number of hours with my wife test driving a handful of vehicles. There were a few specific features we needed and he researched and found exactly what we were looking for. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I went here to check out a focus st. When I got there the car was all set up and ready to be looked at even after we got 6'' of snow. It was very clean inside, it looked brand new and it drove great. My salesman alex griffin was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend seeing him if you are looking for a car. I was able to schedule an appointment to come in and have my trade evaluated. When I arrived I was immediately helped and provided with several options to choose from based on my needs. This will be my 2nd car I have purchased from Griffin and will continue to return in the future.

I found the car online and asked to confirm availability and Tony called promptly and I scheduled a test drive the same day. Everything went very smoothly and was not stressful at all. Unfortunately the title was not with the car but they allowed me to still take the vehicle that day even though they couldn't sell it until they got the title. It was truly great customer service. Working with the financing department was just as smooth and easy. They explained all aspects of the process and we were in and out. A great dealership with great people! Highly recommended.
