After many years of car purchases, our experience at Lexus of Melbourne and with our sales professional (John Cuestas) was exceptional in the most positive way. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with the facilities from the display floor, to the openness of the service area, the service lounge, and even the layout of building for service and sales areas. It felt special. This was enhanced by the openness and friendliness of every staff member we met or even passed by. We knew we were in a class place and were treated with patience and respect. We placed a difficult challenge to the team to find the car we wanted and in a short period of time. This put a lot of pressure on some of the discussions which inevitably let to some potential clarity issues. Our sales professional John never lost patience and when we did have any issue, he was absolutely open and quickly adjusted things to get us what we wanted. We were impressed with his honesty and flexibility. Nothing seemed to be focused on what he wanted to sell, it was all about getting us what we wanted. Bottom line, the staff searched the country for exactly what we wanted, found it and had it shipped in on time and at the price we wanted.
