As far as the inventory and offerings are concerned, you can't find a better dealership. The GM was cordial, informative, and professional. The bad experience comes into whenever I was deal with the sales representative, Raymond. Raymond was on his phone while he was supposed to be engaging with me, and he was disrespectful in his dealings with me. Raymond kept asking me how I am paying before delivering me any numbers, finally showed me the pricing sheet, I expressed that there was a gap between the number I was comfortable with and the one he showed me, and instead of being informative and explaining details, he scoffs at what i was saying and asks "where i got my number from?", and as I was in the middle of explaining my rationale, he quickly walks out and i dont see him anymore. I was greated by the GM, he explains that he's sorry we couldn't do business, and gives me the information that Raymond would not due to his poor attitude. If you're at Benton Nissan, do not be fooled by Raymond's "Top Salesman" plaque. He is a sales representative with poor people skills who lacks the commom decency to communicate information to someone even if it isn't to his or the customer's liking.

The shop has been excellent with all of my questions and concerns and Katie was my sales person and she is just the sweetest thing she prayed with me throughout the whole process and it was an absolute pleasure to work with them on getting my new car.
