Absolute crooks on pricing.

Absolute crooks on pricing. Took a Sierra 2500 in for steering issue. They gave a quote on parts and service. I don't know what the cost of the labor should be, but they have the parts marked up 270% over the LIST PRICE on the GMC website.

I was having my 2023 Terrain AT4 in for service.

I was having my 2023 Terrain AT4 in for service. I have also have been Trading with Yates GMC for many years. I know might everyone there. Ken Elmore sold me a 2024 GMC Canyon Truck. I am so very HAPPY. Ken was so friendly and nice, he set-up my phone to my New Truck. Thank you Yates for Ken Elmore.

Predatory loan practices

This dealership has predatory loan practices. They lied to us. They added on extended warranty and fees. We looked at the website prices and they added on $2000. They will lie to you and are good at it. They added on an oil change plan and said we could use it at other places. We found out after we bought the car that this was a lie. The finance manager also said that we could not be financed without buying an extended warranty. We found out after that this was not true. Buyer beware. We had previously bought 3 cars from them in the past. I do not know what changed. Fool me once. But you will never fool me again. I see all these five star reviews and am flabbergasted. At least we learned a really solid lesson here.

Worst dealership. I have had issues with car since I bought it. Service manager is rude and does not seem to care about customers. Do Not Buy from here

I had my Cadillac SRX serviced for an oil change, oil spots on mats and glove box. I had a toe booth put on as a Recall. Purchased new tired 4 and already the inside of the tires on the back had worn, no thread, and tires were slanted outward not straight.. I asked about during prior visits and the oldest line to tell a woman, especially me, that the tires will smooth out even. No they want. My car now sounds like a truck going down the road, because my last visit, the tires were rotated to the front. Awful road sounds. As to the staff that told me he would talk to manager or someone else, about replacing my tires, never heard back from him. That figures. Overall the service staff is good. I need 2 tires the two on the front now, will not smooth out no shape, form or fashion.

Josh Brown was a great salesman he didn't pressure us about buying the car we were looking at. He had a very pleasant attitude. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.
