My son and I bought a pre-owned Honda CRV last week and it was a great, fair deal. They made sure the car (a trade-in from someone who bought something newer) was in tip-top shape and it runs like new! We were very happy with the whole buying experience. My husband, son and I went in looking for a particular car that was on the website, the car was there and was exactly as described.. Took the car for a test drive and decided we wanted the car. We knew it was the least expensive car on the lot, but we were not pressured into looking at something else. It was a quick and painless buying experience and felt completely comfortable with our choice.

Our family has bought at least 7 vehicles from Theis over the last 15 years or so. All our mechanical work is also taken care of by Theis. We would never again buy a new vehicle, and feel comfortable buying one of their clean used ones. Totally recommend Theis Motors!

Rarely do you find a business with this level of attention to service, satisfaction, and price. From brake service on one car to a mirror replacement on another - where they continually followed up to see that I was happy - these guys bring family and community values to their shop every day.

I drove 3 1/2 hours to buy a truck. The truck was exactly as described. Both Mike and Mike were very friendly and knowledgeable during our numerous telephone conversations. When we arrived, we felt right at home. We had one minor issue after we arrived back home with the truck and they took care of it immediately! I highly recommend this dealership! I would buy again from them.

They have great cars that have a new feel (very clean and they do any maint. That is needed). The whole family basically runs the business (has been since the 20's). The lot is cramped is the only negative but doesn't affect your buying experience. Huge bonus was talking price directly with the owner...no "I have to check with.....". The best small dealer I have been to.
