From sales to service, this dealership is top-notch! Our experience at Liberty Hyundai has been tremendous across the board. It was very very good.

The people I met nice and helpful , witch is why I bought car there. I liked the no pressure salesmen approach .i can not say enough good things about Chris Serling. Hyundai should be very happy to have someone like him as a sales man.

Relatively painless

Recently leased a Santa Fe here and was happy with the overall experience. I hate purchasing/leasing cars in general, but the salesman was very professional and not at all pushy. I got the sense that that was the general approach of everyone there. I appreciated that.

Liberty Hyundai...solid like usual

I am on my third Genesis with Hyundai and these guys go above and beyond taking care of their customers. Transparent, direct, fair and aggressive to win your business. I cant thank Eddie St Priuex and Greg Bedrosian for making this a quality experience.

Took 5 1/2 hours to sign papers for my car!!!

I walked in at 1pm on a Monday, last day of the month. There was only one other customer at the time. It took 3 hours to negotiate a price, my salesman was great, it was the Sales manager that took forever each time we renegotiated. At 4pm I finally went to see the Finance Manager. He said it would take another hour to finish the paper work/get the car ready. So, I went next door to a diner (I was starving) and was back before 5pm. I was not called into his office to sign the paper work until 6:15 (after I said I was leaving) and the paperwork was not done!!! He never even apologized, just said he had to take another customer while I was gone. I told him I was very upset having to wait so long. He never even offered to shake my hand when I finished signing all the papers. Now it is 17 days later and my trade in car has not been paid off nor has my new registration/license plates (the temporary ones expire in 3 days) come in. I am a returning customer and they were so unprofessional. I am really disappointed. This is why I would not recommend this dealership.

An amazing dealership! Amazing Staff! Amazing car!

If you want to avoid the trade mark nonsense of getting a car I would strongly say just go right to Liberty Hyundai! Not only will you leave with a car you love but the friendly, out going customer focus staff will make the buying or leasing processing pain free and fun.
