Sam responded to my inquiry and answered everything honestly and with a great sense of humor. He has been doing this a long time and strictly picks only quality cars for his dealership. All communication was prompt and sincere. Sam actually understands cars and I appreciated his automotive mechanical knowledge. Andy was great in picking me up at the airport, and Mark had the car just immaculate. Paperwork was quick and effortless. Very friendly from da start. . I met da whole staff.. car wuz da best deal on internet 4 what i wuz looking 4. And all da other vehicles were nice 2. They had a great 2012 honda civic coupe ex. . which is a nice upgrade from my 2005 civic. .. it's got a few dings and had a altercation with a deer but it's ok and I'll fix da dings... The team that I dealt with were professional and caring. I visited a couple of dealerships around where I live, but none had the quality or the price that Market auto sales had. I love my car.

Top notch customer service. One is typically wary of the Used Car Industry, but there is nothing but positive things to say about this unassuming little place in NJ. Andy went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I would be 100% comfortable with our purchase. Car was brought to Mercedes Benz for an inspection to uncover any hidden problems that might exist on the vehicle and the few issues that turned up were taken care of. The car was driven to my husband's workplace 1/2 hour away so that he could test drive it since he had no way of getting to their location in Patterson and on the day of purchase a car was sent to pick him up from his job since he commutes via mass transit. Additionally, every text, e-mail, phone call is returned promptly. Every question is answered, every request has been fulfilled without ever being made to feel like one is asking too much. No hidden fees, price was as listed and transaction and everything related was completely transparent, all receipts provided but above all, Andy is just a friendly and all around genuine and nice guy that seems to take a lot of pride in his cars. The guys at market auto are very knowledgable and accommodating. They get clean cars from Pa auctions where people take better care of there cars than in ny/nj. I'm very happy with my 2009 mdx I purchased from them a few months ago.

I was in a car accident and needed to replace my car which was totalled. I was looking for a specific car due to my work and my family obligations. We were able to locate the car I wanted at this dealership! Not only it was exact model and color but it was in a perfect condition!! Andy worked with us to assist w the financing, was always available for all the questions and concerns we had, and he was very reasonable with the repairs which we found were necessary. Moreover, he took care of all the licensing and registration as we bought the car out of state. He is very professional, accommodating, personable and very knowledgeable salesman. Not only he has a great car selection, but he is also a very decent person and it was a true pleasure to deal with him! We are also appreciative of the support of the owner, Sam who gave us an opportunity to make a right choice at the time which was convenient for us. And again, when we were ready, Andy was very helpful to make all the shopping process as painless and smooth as possible.
