HIGHLY SATISFIED!! We discovered the most welcoming and hospitable client agent at BMW Carlsbad, PJ Fadaiian is by far the most effective partner any auto buyer could hope to work with!! PJ is "the man" from initial contact at the dealership to follow up on service and satisfaction... not to mention he had great snacks to keep me from getting hangry. In all seriousness, my husband and I were helping our daughter purchase her first car with her own money, and it was a happy bonding experience thanks to the sales team at BMW Carlsbad. I will absolutely be a return customer in the future and highly recommend using BMW of Carlsbad for anyone seeking a new or used vehicle.

The service manager did not respond to calls or texts. Terrible service and I have been long time extra satisfied customer of BMW Carlsbad. This is the second time this service manager dropped the ball and what is most concerning seemed completely oblivious and not that least bit apologetic. I hope BMW Carlsbad takes these reviews seriously and takes reasonable necessary corrective action.

DROPPED OFF MY BMW X3 FOR A TRANSMISSION SERVICE AND COULD SMELL SOMETHING BURING. TECHNICAN FOUND SOME LEAKS. MY SERVICE ADVISOR OMAR, TOOK CAR OF MY BMW CONCERNS AND ALLOWED ME TO KEEP LOANER BMW FOR A FEW DAYS LONGER THEN EXPECTED. BEST SERVICE THANK YOU

I had not fully intended on buying the M3 when I came to the dealership, but after I saw it, I knew that I had to have it. Unfortunately I had left my credit frozen with the three agencies, and the passwords were back at my house- a 30 minute drive away. Charles, my sales associate drove me home in his own car so that I could unfreeze things. I was very happy with everyone at the dealership with whom I had contact, and would recommend BMW of Carlsbad to my friends.
