I've owned a number of BMWs in the past, all with six speed manual transmissions. This time around I went looking for a clean, low mile 330i within a certain price range. I did some research and found five possible cars in the Southern Cal market. I first came to Carlsbad BMW because a friend of mine had enjoyed a good experience buying his X5. I made an appointment and feel like I lucked out with salesman Demetrio Trujillo. He knew his stuff and, once he realized I knew something of these cars too, showed me the car and offered me straightforward information without any hype or attitude. He knew the car because he had sold it the first time when it was new! At any rate I ended up buying the car and Demetrio made what could have been an enervating experience much easier.

This dealership delivered a First in Class experience from start to finish. I found a car that was just obtained through a trade in, and the picture was not available yet. Based off the description and price, this vehicle was exactly what I was looking for. I submitted an inquiry online and received a call within a few hours. The sales manager followed up an hour later to ensure all my questions were answered. I went in for a test drive and signed a credit application. This occurred at 8:30 pm and we agreed to reconvene the next day to discuss financing. BMW of Carlsbad sent the financing terms I had requested on my initial visit. We set an appt time for me to return and finalize the paperwork. I arrived to find a detailed car, full tank of gas and was in and out in under 1 hour. This by far was the smoothest car buying experience out of the 10 plus, I have ever had. I would purchase again from BMW of Carlsbad without hesitation. It was an effortless transaction on my part. Friendly sales associate. The recall service was done quickly. A free car wash was offered as well.

Friendly until the sale is complete, then communication and support disappear. Poor follow-up, poor delivery condition, and unprofessional post-sale service for a so-called premium dealership.

Best dealership I've been to! My sales team was very friendly, quick, and thorough. My sales person, Tyler, was very friendly and always responded to any question I had. I'm going to keep going to this dealership for my maintenance and if I decide to get another BMW. I would also recommend this dealership to anyone.

I have a recall on engine starter that could cause fire and I had to park outside my house for a couple months. This was a massive recall that made me quite anxious on the safety and inconvenience. Good that BMW made the remedy available in middle of January and I confirmed with BMW Carlsbad with an appointment to have it replaced. The appointment was smooth and my service advisor Omar Medina was helpful to check in the vehicle and gave me curtesy drive back to workplace and pickup. Work was smooth and I picked up the car after a few hours. BMW Carlsbad and its team is a great team that knows customer need and gets the job done well. Thank you!
