BMW of Carlsbad

I love how BMW of Carlsbad treats their customers. Last week I came in just to have my coolant topped off. Miguel helped me & got me on my way. He recommended I get an oil change, so I went this week. Great customer service again!

Contacted me in a timely manner, answered all of my questions, unfortunately we did not make a deal, however I would definitely do business with this dealership

I've been to the BMW of Carlsbad service department twice for routine service. Both times very courteous people and speedy service.

In and out process, really nice people. My car needed an oil change. It was no hassle to schedule an appointment. I was probably there for 30ish minutes, I?m not too sure. But it wasn?t enough time to be staring at a clock wondering I?d be done. My service consultant Bjern was helpful with scheduling an additional appointment.

The team at BMW Carlsbad is nothing less than Top Notch! Shea was fantastic! His level of communication far exceeded my expectations, ensuring I had a positive experience. Cody wrapped up the deal with me and I couldn't have been more pleased. As I walked towards my new M60i, I noticed Cody had taken the liberty of adding in M valve caps as well as a BMW license plate frame. May not seem like much to most, but to me it showed a genuine care. I appreciate everyone I interacted with at BMW of Carlsbad and this will not be my last purchase with them. Thank you for everything!

All staff are professional and helpful. Juan was so patient I explaining everything about the new system of the vehicle and answered all my questions. Ben also helped us the first day and was great.

Out-of-State Buyer Experience ? Mostly Positive, One Letdown As an out-of-state buyer, I was thoroughly impressed with Kyle, the dealer representative. From the start, the process was refreshingly pressure-free ? just honest discussions about the car. After we made the deal, Kyle went above and beyond by arranging transportation from the airport and hotel, making my trip to San Diego smooth and stress-free. I had asked Kyle to identify any blemishes not visible in photos, and he was upfront about curb rash on the right rear wheel. I appreciated the transparency and asked if it could be repaired. He said yes ? and followed through, or so I thought. Unfortunately, once I returned to Texas and washed off the road grime, it became clear the repair was more cosmetic than permanent. The area hadn?t been properly prepped, and the fix was essentially a surface-level patch. I now need to redo the repair myself ? a minor job, but one I had expected to be handled correctly. Overall, Kyle delivered a great buying experience and showed genuine care. I just wish the final detail had matched the integrity of the rest of the process.

I had a wonderful experience at BMW Carlsbad. I came in unexpectedly in the morning and by the evening I was already driving home with my new car. The whole process was incredibly efficient and the price was fair. I especially want to thank Roy and Jay — they took excellent care of me, helped me get comfortable with my new car right away, and continued to provide after-sale support and patient explanations even days after the purchase. I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication. Highly recommend this dealership!
