Every car was super shiny, the inside of the dealership, super clean and everyone was super nice and respectable. They provided videos with the mechanic giving recommendations of what I should replace.

Got to love BMW of Carlsbad. Corey Hayward and his team are the best offering a smooth no pressure process. They even filled up the tank, detailed the car, and drove it 100 miles to deliver to my house. Once here team member Manny provided precise information on how to operate all features and systems. I spoke with 15 other BMW dealerships and the service from BMW of Carlsbad is on a pedestal!
