Follow up communication is substandard ... promises verbally made but not honored. Extremely difficult to get live conversation. Text/email msg takes days to receive a reply and then doesn't address my questions. Was hoping for friendly, respectful, longterm relationship but for me that requires verbal communications. Very disappointing šŸ˜ž

Brought my car in for regular oil change and was told the car needed some programming updates too. While I waited 3 hours for the (scheduled appointment) service, they scanned the car’s computer and managed to return all of the considerable settings to factory settings but didn’t bother to inform me. They had promised a wash and vacuum but neither was done. I figure out on the way home that the settings that took the tech ā€œgeniusā€ 1.5 hours to program were all gone. I immediately went online and used the live agent to schedule another appointment for a genius to put everything back the way it was for two days later. I then show up got my scheduled-and confirmed- appointment to be told that none of the geniuses are available. I have to schedule yet another appointment for them to fix what they thoroughly messed up. That THIRD appointment is this afternoon. Recap: 3 hours for a scheduled oil change; removed all of the considerable settings and didn’t tell me; did not even attempt the promised and included wash and vacuum; got stood up on my first scheduled and confirmed appointment to fix what they messed up; now going on 3 appointments for a single maintenance oil change.

BMW service center damaged my car during a simple oil and brake fluid service. After they worked on my vehicle, the air conditioner stopped working, and they refused to take responsibility or repair it. Very disappointing experience. I expected professional service from BMW, but instead I was left with a broken AC and no proper solution. I would not trust this service center again.

Keith Sherman provided exceptional customer service, as he has done on my previous visits for multiple BMW,s. The service was completed as agreed, with no issues. The loaner car was pre arranged and did not add any time to either drop off or pickup of my vehicle. The service provided by Keith is why I keep coming back.
