DROPPED OFF MY BMW X3 FOR A TRANSMISSION SERVICE AND COULD SMELL SOMETHING BURING. TECHNICAN FOUND SOME LEAKS. MY SERVICE ADVISOR OMAR, TOOK CAR OF MY BMW CONCERNS AND ALLOWED ME TO KEEP LOANER BMW FOR A FEW DAYS LONGER THEN EXPECTED. BEST SERVICE THANK YOU

I had not fully intended on buying the M3 when I came to the dealership, but after I saw it, I knew that I had to have it. Unfortunately I had left my credit frozen with the three agencies, and the passwords were back at my house- a 30 minute drive away. Charles, my sales associate drove me home in his own car so that I could unfreeze things. I was very happy with everyone at the dealership with whom I had contact, and would recommend BMW of Carlsbad to my friends.

The buying process was super simple. They're associated with Autonation, so the price you see online is the price you pay. They'll include some optional fees in the quotes, but you can remove them if you don't want them. Tamara was good at getting me the information I was looking for and I never felt pressure to come in and/or make a decision. After the purchase, there was a hiccup regarding the condition of the vehicle, but it was eventually worked out. Service manager Jorge was great in helping us get the best outcome.
