My salesman was Rocky, he was extremely kind and patient, he helped me make an informed purchase decision. I had a very nice experience with this company and would recommend them highly. WENT IN TO LOOK AT USED VEHICLE. SALESMAN IMMEDIATELY TRIED TO UPSELL ME ON A DIFFENT VEHICLE THAT I HAD NO INTEREST IN. I MADE OFFER ON VEHICLE I WANTED AND INSTANTLY TOLD NO, PRICE ON STICKER IS SELLING PRICE. AS HAVING A FAMILY MEMBER IN THE BUISNESS, ALL OFFERS SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST BEEN REVIEWED BY SLAES MANAGER FISRST THEN I WOULD HAVE GONE TO GENERAL MANAGER,M BUT SALESMAN REFUSED AND SAID LISTED PRICE IS IT. I TOOK MY BUSINESS ELSWHERE.

They cancel warranties early and sell lemons, my truck was in there 13 times with major issues and they canceled the warranty early which I still have to pay for

I bought a truck from them , first it was in there 13 times for service, major problems each time.I purchased the warranty, and they canceled the warranty early because of all the work they had to do. And I still have to pay on the warranty. I would never recommend this dealership.

We used to buy all our vehicles from them, but they have changed from the best around to the worst ever. Tried to purchase a jeep there and they tried to push leasing on us. We have had so many issues with the service dept. I literally caught them in serval lies at their dodge service dept after calling Chrysler headquarters. I use to recommend them to everyone but not now. I drive 30 minutes further to a much better, honest dealer. Szotts is also the most expensive and do not want to offer any deals. Better deals at my new car dealer. Szotts gives Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep a bad reputation in my opinion.

Everyone at this dealership was friendly and helpful. They helped me find the exact vehicle I was looking for and when I was a little indecisive on if I wanted to make this large of a purchase they allowed me to take it home that night and the next day to get feedback from my family. They worked with me on the price of the vehicle. The staff here we're NEVER pushy and I never felt talked down to because I was a female. I will continue to purchase vehicles from this dealership from here on out and so will my family!
