I went to Alpha Automobile Sales on Johnston Street to inquire about purchasing an SUV after researching all my options online. I was greeted by Ms. Rachel with the warmest greeting. Then she introduced me to Salesman Mr. Nick whom by far exceeded my standards for purchasing an SUV. Mr. Wilson lastly was the greatest manager I’ve ever met. This team of Salespeople went above and beyond to ensure I was treated professionally and given the best explanation of my financing including ways to improve my credit options. I was referred by my parents whom also was provided with excellent customer service. You guys are A+ rated! Thank you Alpha Automobile. I appreciate your amazing assistance in my auto needs. First, Upon walking in the salesman was very nice and welcoming. The facility was very nice, and the process was very quick from start to finish. Nick was our salesman, and was very accommodating with what we were there for. One of the other workers was even kind enough to give my child a bag of markers and a coloring book to occupy my childs time. This was unparalleled with other places we have been. The finance manager was the most friendly and engaging out of all..and was very attentive to us. We would highly recommended alpha auto to anybody trying to get into a vehicle quickly.
