Always courteous, fixes problems without hassle

I'm giving 4 stars because the problem that happened shouldn't have happened in the first place, but I was extremely pleased with them fixing it. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was extremely courteous, as usual. When I got home I discovered my car was leaking oil all over the driveway. I immediately called the dealership and got a little attitude from the lady answering the phone but she did manage to find someone still in Service (I had a 3:30 appointment on a Saturday and they close at 4:00). The gentleman told us to call Roadside Assistance and someone would come out and tow our car to the dealership since we weren't sure how much oil had leaked or how serious the problem was. On Monday morning, there was a little confusion because the tow truck towed the car to the wrong dealer, but once they located it, they found the problem. It was fixed and they cleaned up the oil from the car. As an added bonus, they filled my gas tank (which was completely empty). That was a great surprise! Plus, they brought my car back to me when they were done. I will definitely return because the guys there are always so nice and don't talk down to me just because I'm a woman. They always take care of my car and make things right if there is a problem!

Great service

aaron was very professional when he was dealing with me and my car issues told me it would take a certain amount of time and it took the exact time he told me it would

Great experience

Our truck received an oil change. Due to the freeze they were not washing vehicles. He said stop by next week and they would wash it. Nice.

Great people

The last three times I visited the Service Dept I was asked If I wanted my car washed. I said yes but It was never done. Don't offer something if your not going to do it.

Everyone there was very friendly and helpful, would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check them out. Love my 2014 GMC PU. thank you

Great dealer, but trucks still don't get good MPG

First off this form is very poor, Question 1 how do I make a selection, it does nothing when I click on a star? FM radio technology hasn't changed in more than 40 years. but you managed to put in a cheap FM/AM radio. Making really good receivers has been around for a very very long time, why do you still install cheap radios. Even the Satellite part cuts out way to often to use. Today I did the math for mpg. No one can get more miles from a gallon of gas then I do. 18.7 mpg with mostly highway is very poor. But none of this has anything to do with the dealer, just the manufacture and their choices in design.

Well taken care of.

We took our vehicle in for a noise from the steering. While troubleshooting that they found an oil leak from the timing cover. The steering concern was resolved and they were able to fix the leak under warranty too. This saved us a lot of future problems and money.

cost affortdable , yes

seems as everytime we bring our vehicle, it is delayed because of a major accident with a employee getting hurt, and delays us picking up our vehicle

30k Service

My mud flap is broken, and I couldn't afford to replace them as well as my 30k service. Will Parker had the technician fix the mudflap so that it will last until I can replace it! I really appreciate the extra effort.

This was absolutely the best experience I have had purchasing an automobile. The sales staff was both extremely professional and knowledgeable. An absolutely delightful process.
