Great dealership!

They always provide me with top notch service. They even found a missing lugnut. Everyone there, from sales to service to finance to parts, is always courteous and helpful.

Friendly honest service.

Bringing in your vehicle is like coming home. I started three years ago when I came to town. In that time they have gotten to know me and treat me like family. I enjoy the team work where you are treated like a valued customer from service to parts to sales.

Pleasantly surprised

Called to set up a n appointment with the service department and had to leave a voicemail. Was surprised when I received a callback shortly afterwards. Took out 2014 Tundra in for the appointment and received a call with the diagnosis. The service agent contacted the aftermarket warranty service and then ordered the part and a couple days later truck was done.

Great service.

Thanks for getting my Highlander in for service (you called me re: cancellation). And explaining the too bright headlights to me. The service person was very courteous.

Great Service

I had a issue with my 2012 Toyota Avalon, the service department was able to get my vehicle in and fix the problem with lightning speed!

Denny Men holt Toyota has a great crew

Scheduler was great, got me in on a cancellation. Service work is quick and correct. Like l always tell them, "You guys are great!" Glad to have such a good dealership!

Kudos to John and Denny Menholt Toyota.

Worked with a newer fellow up front in the service department named John. Cordial, knowledgeable, and very professional. He got me and my automobile in and out in a very reasonable amount of time, and he explained to me clearly the services they had performed, along with recommendations as we prepare for a long trip to Maine. Kudos to John and Denny Menholt Toyota.

Good honest work.

Gotten much better under Denny Menholt. Had an old issue with driver door locking on its own at anytime. Lock problem got progressively worse not working. Until couldn't even lock/unlock with key in door. They really looked at things close. They replaced battery in key. Asked me if I wanted to replace weak lock actuator. I said yes. Things working fine now. Hoping got rid of old original problem. They did good and honest.

This is the place to go

Not the first time nor will it be the last that I’ve taken my vehicles in for service. The service department reps seem ready to help and do not mind discussing your concerns. A lot of the work I bring my vehicles in for I can do myself, but the courteous and friendly atmosphere here helps to bring business their way. Plus, the military discount is a definite persuader.
