We have been thinking about getting a camper for about 3 years before we made our purchase. We live in a fairly small mountain town in Arkansas so finding what we wanted here was next to impossible without some kind of travel. We searched and searched the internet and came across your dealership. Nate was very helpful with answering any questions we had before we made the 10 hour drive for our new camper. We were even in contact with him on the road letting him know the approximate time of our arrival. When we walked through the door it was like an instant connection. Nate was the first one to stand, make eye contact and greet us by our names. For someone who never saw us before he sure knew who we were. Both my husband and I have dealt with salesman quite a few times in our lives and I will say, by far, this was the best experience I have ever had. Everyone was happy and very friendly. There was no pressure from anyone at all. It was refreshing to deal with someone, as Nate, who was always smiling and happy. Eager to please would best discribe him. We slept on our decision and came back the next morning bright and early. After probably giving Nate a headache with the wheeling and dealing we shook hand and finalized the sale. Our original plan was to leave that day, stop at a campgound and stay the night there. Big thumbs up to your company and crew who set us up on your lot so we could spend the night there instead. After a long day of negotiations, paperwork, shopping and walk throughs we were too exhausted to start driving. Nate is a very nice young man who I believe will be a great asset to your company. He even came to check on us later that evening to make sure everything was ok before he went home for the day. Well done young man.

Nate did a great job showing us all the different options and models to choose from. No pressure, just customer serivce and great response time. He got us a great price and even ansered emails on vacation. When we had a service issue, he stepped up and made sure we were 100% happy.

We came to Holman to look for an RV. We have never owned one. The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. We made a 7 hour road trip to visit this dealer. I would never hesistate to make it again. Our questions were answered before, during and even after the trip. Starting from the time we walked in the door until we left. Bill was very attentative to us but once was he a pushy saleman and that means the world to us. Thank you Bill Leonard for everything you have done for us. Have already mentioned your name and the dealership to many of our friends who have come to our house to see our new travel trailer. We are very new to camping and because of your friendliness and patience, I think that you have made the world of difference for us newbies. Thank you again.

Nate was a very friendly young man. He seemed to know alot about the product and was very helpful. I had several questions as far as comparing the different units and he explained the differences and tried to point out both there positives and negatives. He never really tried to sway me in one direction or another just helped me decide based on my needs. We had looked at several new and used campers and what I started out looking for and what I ended with was very different. I am a first time camper owner and Holman's made the process very smooth and I felt prepare to take care of the unit when I left the lot. All aspects of purchasing a new travel trailer were exceptional at Holmans. Eddie Holmberg was my salesman. Eddie asked questions to narrow down what I was looking for then gave me time to look through the campers that met my criteria. Eddie was great with sales. Only reason the quality of work was given a "4" was because some of the things we found wrong with the camper. Small hole in screen door.Monitor sensor that indicates water and battery level does not work for fresh water tank. End cap for couch bed fell off and needed replaced with larger screws. Without these small things we otherwise love the camper.

I had the most pleasant experience that I ever had at a dealership. The service was excellent. I saw my purchase online and then called and spoke to Andrew Horner. He answered all my questions. Next, I went ahead and started the steps to purchase the Wildwood x-Lite 261BH. Tammy did an excellent job assisting me in getting all the paperwork filled out and submitted. All of the people at the dealership worked with me as a person and not like some dealerships that only work for the $$$. When I arrived to pick up my unit, all of the employees greeted me with respect and displayed excellent customer service. Mike was very instrumental on explaining everything about my purchase. He answered all of my questions and offered suggestions. I really appreciated that. I have dealt with many dealerships over the years (30+) and only one dealership (Holman RV) has treated me like I was an individual and not just money in their pocket. Holman RV made me feel like I was at home and they made sure if I needed anything to let them know. I would definitely give a strong recommendation for Holman RV/GMC to everyone. FYI- Holman RV worked with me on every aspect of my RV purchase since I live over 450 miles away. They made the process very easy.

My wife and I were searching for a vehicle that would suite our needs. We had stopped at several dealerships along the way tring to find the right vehilce. We stop at Holmans once before, and inquired about a GMC Terrian. We had talk with a salesman who name was Tom Cranmer. He was quite knowledgeable on his inventory and gave us some good info. We continued to look for a few more days. We then returned to Holman's and talked some more with Mr. Cranmer. He talked with us, gave us good guidance on what to buy, and finally agreed upon a vehilce and price. We were treated with patience, respect, and not pressured to make a decision just for a sale. He knew his stuff and how to deal with people professionally. I would recommed him to anyone looking purchase a new vehilce.
