I had a very disheartening experience with a car dealer so I decided to go to Holman and deal on a truck to pull te camper that I also purchased from them. Excellent experience! Very personable, up front, and even made the extra effort to find me more rebates that we didn't know I qualified for. A loyal customer was earned today on the automobile end to go along with the camping end.

Excellent buying experience!!! We are from western Canada and purchased a travel trailer over the Internet, and we coulnd't be happier. From Gail our sales person, to Tom in finance and finally Mike our delivery driver. We have been thinking about getting a camper for about 3 years before we made our purchase. We live in a fairly small mountain town in Arkansas so finding what we wanted here was next to impossible without some kind of travel. We searched and searched the internet and came across your dealership. Nate was very helpful with answering any questions we had before we made the 10 hour drive for our new camper. We were even in contact with him on the road letting him know the approximate time of our arrival. When we walked through the door it was like an instant connection. Nate was the first one to stand, make eye contact and greet us by our names. For someone who never saw us before he sure knew who we were. Both my husband and I have dealt with salesman quite a few times in our lives and I will say, by far, this was the best experience I have ever had. Everyone was happy and very friendly. There was no pressure from anyone at all. It was refreshing to deal with someone, as Nate, who was always smiling and happy. Eager to please would best discribe him. We slept on our decision and came back the next morning bright and early. After probably giving Nate a headache with the wheeling and dealing we shook hand and finalized the sale. Our original plan was to leave that day, stop at a campgound and stay the night there. Big thumbs up to your company and crew who set us up on your lot so we could spend the night there instead. After a long day of negotiations, paperwork, shopping and walk throughs we were too exhausted to start driving. Nate is a very nice young man who I believe will be a great asset to your company. He even came to check on us later that evening to make sure everything was ok before he went home for the day. Well done young man.

Nate did a great job showing us all the different options and models to choose from. No pressure, just customer serivce and great response time. He got us a great price and even ansered emails on vacation. When we had a service issue, he stepped up and made sure we were 100% happy.

We came to Holman to look for an RV. We have never owned one. The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. We made a 7 hour road trip to visit this dealer. I would never hesistate to make it again. Our questions were answered before, during and even after the trip. Starting from the time we walked in the door until we left. Bill was very attentative to us but once was he a pushy saleman and that means the world to us. Thank you Bill Leonard for everything you have done for us. All aspects of purchasing a new travel trailer were exceptional at Holmans. Eddie Holmberg was my salesman. Nate was a very friendly young man. He seemed to know alot about the product and was very helpful. I had several questions as far as comparing the different units and he explained the differences and tried to point out both there positives and negatives. He never really tried to sway me in one direction or another just helped me decide based on my needs. We had looked at several new and used campers and what I started out looking for and what I ended with was very different. I am a first time camper owner and Holman's made the process very smooth and I felt prepare to take care of the unit when I left the lot. Eddie was great with sales. Only reason the quality of work was given a "4" was because some of the things we found wrong with the camper. Small hole in screen door.Monitor sensor that indicates water and battery level does not work for fresh water tank. End cap for couch bed fell off and needed replaced with larger screws. Without these small things we otherwise love the camper.

Eddie is great! The staff was great! New Owner orientation process was as good as it could get. Overall a great experience. A+++++ Thank you for everything!
