We were not pressured and everyone was very pleasant and informative. Jonathan Lanik was the sales Professional who helped us purchased our new Traverse he went above and beyond to help us! We will definitely buy from him again.

Greeted nicely, got car in fast , explained service done ,great experience will do business again . Sent me video of top side of vehicle and when bottom side when car on lift very helpful

I can't say enough good things about this business.

I can't say enough good things about this business. The people that work there are courteous, helpful, and great! They get things done in a timely manner. My grandson accidentally locked his keys in the car a few months ago. It was a school day and he needed things that were in his car. (Parents were gone and I was in charge.) Our family buys vehicles from Sid Dillon Dealerships and his car was one of those vehicles. They were so helpful in getting to the school parking lot and opening up his car. We were so grateful for their help. I've also had my car serviced there. I highly recommend doing business with Sid Dillon.

Everyone was friendly!

Everyone was friendly! It was nice and clean! Whomever came up with the inspection video is a genius, what a neat benefit to the customer as well as the technician! I wish all dealerships were like this, I guess thay makes this one stand out!!

They are liers

Lied about putting in an engine in my car, charges at least triple for just a part and it takes them at least a week to do any repairs

We did a quick transaction. There was some negotiations and we struck a deal. They ran diagnostics and gave me new battery. Good people.
