We live over 2.5 hours away and there are other options that are closer to us but we choose to drive the extra miles to use Steven?s Five Star because of the genuineness, reliability, and care they take with every vehicle they sell or service. I went looking at new trucks and hoping to get a good trade in value on my truck. I got low balled and clearly they were not interested in making a trade at all. Whoever determines a vehicle’s value is obviously incompetent at this dealership. Very disappointed in there service and will not waste my time with them again!
