worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Not just at a car dealership but any experience as a customer. Was constantly lied to by the rep. Talked to like I was stupid and in a patronizing way. Even called the owner and that really didn't resolve anything. I am still waiting reimbursement for a rental car that I was told would take a few days. Which I believe 100% the slow processing of my claim is retaliatory/reprisal in nature because I complained to GM via social media and the dealership was contacted. GM has done little to nothing to help resolve my issue with this dealership and the poor experience I have had.

From beginning to end I was treated to professional courtesy by this dealership and its employees. Car was immaculate when work was completed in a very short time. I was very pleased!

Winegardner always does a great job of servicing my car. I've purchased my last two vehicles from them and have been having my cars serviced there for the past 8 years. I'm always very satisfied. My only small complaint is that they need to have more availability of loaner cars.
