Heather was upfront and professional.

Heather was upfront and professional. After negotiating and making my final decision, gm Terry joined us with much dismay when I said sold. I even told him he did not seem happy when I excitedly decided yes. His response to me “well now I have to go tell a very nice customer that the car they wanted was sold” Did I even have to be told that and am I not a very nice customer too? I really made me feel like I disappointed him with my decision. The “the very nice” customers went on to purchase the same suv, different color. So Terry had 2 sales. I feel this was unnecessary and if not for Heathers efforts, I would of left. I had been there 3 times and test drove the suv and I love the car. Terry needs lesson on customer service if the dealership wants to survive. Thank you in advance for listening.

I have never been in this dealership and so I just

I have never been in this dealership and so I just stopped by during lunch. I Met the new General Manager and he was terrific... we talked for a while... he has a ton of experience and is very involved in the community which is really important to me. Glad I stopped by. I was listening to a sales person and was impressed. They are now on my radar.

Michael was fantastic.

Michael was fantastic. This was a distance sale and what a pleasure he was to work with. Truck was everything I wanted. A fair deal was made. The trust factor was outstanding.

The car itself was great, but as far as this dealership's

The car itself was great, but as far as this dealership's personnel establishing an authentic and valued relationship with the customer, forget it. Thoroughly disappointed in their dismissive attitude to the customer after the sale, after they have your money. Up until that point, this would have been a much different 5-Star review. But now I doubt I'd recommend Raceway to any of my friends & family that are car shopping, not with other competitive options available out there offering better customer care. Just a buyer beware... it's a much different vibe before and after the sale.

Heathe Doll made everything super easy and painless.

Heathe Doll made everything super easy and painless. She is very very knowledgeable about the vehicles and very easy to talk to. She never rushed us into a decision or rushed us out of the dealership. She answered every question we had thoroughly and never made us feel like we were bothering her with dumb questions. She went through each step of the process and also took the time to answer questions I had a week after bringing the vehicle home. In my opinion Heather is an asset to the Raceway team
