Great customer service.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. Repairs were done in a timely manner. Overall experience was great. I will continue to take my vehicle there for service and oil changes.

Service Department misdiagnosed my vehicle.

Service Department misdiagnosed my vehicle. First estimate was for $3,500 and the next day came up with another estimate for over $16,000. Big Red Flag! I called a couple of facilities and ended up having my vehicle towed to another facility to have the repairs completed. The repairs I received were successful and at a fraction of the price and with Honesty and Integrity. I was stranded and out of state at the time when this happen. Totally feel as though they were out to take advantage of me. Disappointing to get this type of treatment from a Chevy Dealer.

We were buying our first EV and went to Mike Maroone to look at some.Joel helped us find the perfect fit. He was knowledgeable, but also made the experience fun! Everyone working there made the process stress free. I would definitely buy another car from them!

I really enjoyed working with Kyle and Maroone Chevrolet

I really enjoyed working with Kyle and Maroone Chevrolet North. I never felt like I was being pressured into anything and they genuinely cared I to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Communication was great. Even the financial closing part with extended warranty options went so smooth with no high pressure to buy into anything. These guys don't do crazy markups over MSRP due to supply and demand either, like I've seen with so many other dealerships. I highly recommend these guys. Hands down the best dealership I've ever worked with!

As a long time automotive industry employee I am shocked regularly at the customer service, the willing to go the extra mile, and genuine care from employees in all departments. The whole process went smoothly and I got the car of my dreams at an equally fair deal.
