My F150 developed a sudden technology related issue that made it run very poor. A simple text message to my dealer contact resulted in a very quick plan to come pick up my truck. They found a simple programming update for a module and had my truck back to me very quickly, all while I was at work and experience NO inconvenience at all. They always go above and beyond for me!

HVAC blower was defective.
HVAC blower was defective. Dealer attempted to replace with an aftermarket part which made noise.They replaced it again with an oem part. I felt like I paid a lot more than I should have, but, after three visits, the problem has been resolved. This is a quality dealership that generally works hard for customer satisfaction.

Courtesy really rocks.
Courtesy really rocks. Very happy with dealership. They are very responsive to all my needs. Jon S is a great sales guy. KD in finance rocks! Now if my truck’s quality would match Courtesy’s Quality we would really have something. Less than 9000 miles shock blew and oil spots all over driveway and now rear end pinion seal is bad. Ford needs to pick it up a notch or 2.
