Staff is very courteous and helpful. The new building in Stanley is awesome! Kudos for taking an existing building and making it useful again! Much better than tearing up land like they did in Chippewa off of Hwy 29. Such a shame places are doing that.

The service staff at Courtesy Ford in Stanley Wisconsin are amazing. We were in Stanley on the 18th of February 2022 passing through on our way to North Dakota and we ended up in a blizzard with temperatures at -21 degrees at 10pm on hwy 29. My Ford F 350 broke down. We called AAA and they said they would be there in a couple of hours. We would have froze by then. We called someone we new they picked us up and the police had our truck towed to Courtesy Ford . On Saturday morning I called and talked to Monica and let her know our truck was there and we needed to see if they could fix it, she said they would try but they typically only do oil changes on Saturday but they would see what they could do to help us. They went above and beyond and one of their service techs on his day off came in and fixed our truck. I want to say Thank you to the entire team at Courtesy Fords Service department they are the definition of customer service. We live 5 hours from Stanley but the next truck I buy will be from them and I will be getting getting my truck serviced by them. It may be a 5 hour drive but I know the team at Courtesy Ford are truly there to take care of the people. My wife and I are both veterans retired Air Force and Navy so we know what it means to put others first and that is what the Service department at Courtesy Ford did they put us first and in several hours we were on the road. They had no idea what it meant to us because we got a call from my brother In Missouri saying my mom was going to pass away and we needed to get there. So what they did going above and beyond to help us gave me the opportunity to say good bye to my mom. Thank you courtesy Ford Monica and the entire team for treating us like family. Thank you. Great place to buy a vehicle! KD is a straight up honest guy to do business with. Heather made completing the paperwork simplistic. Both were extremely customer focused. We would definitely recommend them.
