Not satisfied with the service of the parts department!

Not satisfied with the service of the parts department!! I have had multiple issues with my car. It started in Feb 2025, nothing has been done. still waiting on parts to fix the turbo?????? I have enjoyed my experience with Hall Chevrolet only because of my salesman, Dillon Chambers, which has sold me 2 vehicles. without him, my business would go else where!!!!!I am about to take my business somewhere else! Fix my CAR!!!!!

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly

Always a pleasant experience here. They are not pushy and don?t try to push unnecessary charges on you. Employees are knowledgeable and friendly. The service department is quick.

I had an appointment, and they got my car in on time and out. I have never had a bad experience with any work I have had done on my cars.

Engine Replacement Service

The service department (Robert) did an amazing job at finding a motor and replacing the motor in my GM vehicle. They always are personable, professional, and expedient.

This dealership is a 10 on scale 1-10. They are courteous and explain things in detail. They are the only ones I let work on my vehicle. They are number one with the best Service Adviser and Service manager in the business.
