Started the buying process and it was a struggle from the beginning. Salesman would argue anytime I pointed out flaws in pricing or when I noticed price changes that weren't honored. Claimed he'd look into ordering vehicles in and would never get ahold of me first. Overpriced and not professional, worst experience trying to purchase a new vehicle which made my decision easier to go elsewhere and save over $10,000.

I have now bought 6 vehicles from Gem City and their service and pricing is next to none, not only in the auto service and sales industry; but in terms of customer service in general. I am very particular about my purchases and they have never seemed inconvenienced. As a matter of fact, they have given me great advice that wasn’t in their best interest but in mine as they understand the seriousness of a purchase of a vehicle. They are truly in it for customer retention and it shows in their pricing, service department, and their business mode in general. I have referred many family members and friends that end up coming to the same positive conclusion. 5 Stars all the way!

Wayne and the crew are friendly and want to help you find what you want for the best deal. NO pressure ever!! Love the tech support...I just swing over there and they answer my questions!! When we were out of town hunting one day l locked the keys in the pickup...NO service for OnStar....Derrick found us somehow and saved us!!! :-)

Wayne Nentwig is great to work with. This is the 3rd pick-up I have bought from Wayne. 1 new and 2 used. The used pick-ups have been like he said the would be when I came to look at them. I would tell him what I was looking for and he would recommend one he had coming in. Martha was enjoyable to work with when doing the paperwork and paying. The paperwork is always done when I get there to get the pick-up. That makes it very nice when you live out of town. They have even met me out side of regular business hours, that also includes Nate and Derrick.
