They didn't follow up with me, so I haven't got much to say about them at this time.

I E-Mailed them. I got my no reply. Then I messaged a Salesman. With no reply. That is poor service. I just don't understand

They went out of their way to help with an out of state purchase during such difficult times right now. West Virginia Hospitality was absolutely top notch....Big thanks from Kansas City, Missouri....

Very friendly and helpful. Jerry was kind and eager to help us. We'll probably return to make our purchase in the near future. I highly recommend Team Moore to everyone.

I asked for inside pictures of a used car and the salesman asked me what I wanted to see and he never sent any pictures so I bought a car somewhere else that did have pictures of the inside and out. I guess he didn’t want to sale a car

We had a pre-approved direct funding loan for any franchised dealer & were having trouble getting any dealers to even try to see if they could take it. We found a nice 2015 Dart Aero on this site & Cory then Brandon contacted us. At first we were unsure because it is quite a distance from home to the dealership, but Brandon kept in contact with us, contacted the loan company & had everything set up so we could head that way without any hesitation. Cory & Brandon both stayed late that evening to take care of us. We are very satisfied with everything they did to help us get what we wanted.
