What a great experience. Mark is a true gentleman and professional. I had issues getting an authorization number for the GM Military Rebate. Mark spent more than 2 hours trying to resolve this issue and was successful in the endeavor. Closing was quick and painless with no pressure to purchase anything above and beyond the final amount. We traveled 95 miles to do this deal and would recommend anyone looking for a Larkin GMC deal to contact Mark Nicholson.

I had a Terrain that I loved, but it was time to get a newer one, because my husband and I like to travel. I told Mark what I wanted and he found one within 24 hours, and it far exceeded our expectations. I do not normally like to shop for cars, because the big Dealers make me feel like I need my husband to decide what I want to buy. Mark found out the car was for me, and he talked to me directly and listened to what I wanted, and did not try to push me one way or the other. He allowed me to make my own decisions, but was not afraid to tell me the Pros and Cons of features that I wanted included. My husband got a kick out of it all. He trusts me to buy my own car, and was glad that we found a salesman who treated me with respect and let me make my own decisions. I will definitely go back to Larkins GMC. They may be a smaller sized Dealership, but their professionalism and personal care can not be matched. Thank you Mark for making this the best and easiest car purchase that I have ever made. Also, thank you for the After Sales care. I appreciate your helping me get my GMC Rewards and OnStar issues solved. You are the best!! Still need to work on getting that puppy though. LOL!

This my second vehicle from Larkins. I love that it is a small, local dealership. Mark sold me both cars and was great to work with. He takes his time to show all the features so you know what you’re getting. He is a no pressure type of guy which will always keep me coming back. Nothing I hate worse and will make me leave is a pushy salesperson. My last three vehicles have been GMC Terrain’s. I love them, because they are a dependable vehicle!

I didn't know for sure if was going to purchase when I stopped in. There are so many options available to any buyer these days. I decided to purchase not just on price but because this dealership is what I love about local dealerships. Mark is great. There was zero pressure and every step of the process was like having a friend help you through buying a vehicle. I am old school and local loyal if at all possible and Larkins is exactly why I stopped shopping.

We wanted a 4WD vehicle that we could use for road trips and camping. We were happy to find the Yukon XL at our local dealership.
