pleasant experience

Ron met us shortly after arriving to look at a 2009 mustang gt and was one of the nicest sales reps we have met. we weren't able to get a deal together but Ron answered our questions and brought one of the service staff out to address a question we had on the car and just made the visit hassle free.

So happy I chose Friendly Chevrolet!

I chose Friendly Chevrolet to work with because my fiancé and I have purchased vehicles from them in the past, we have never been disappointed! This time was a little different because my car that I previously had shot out on me completely, luckily John Mcglothlin was there to save the day, plus it helps that his sock game is on point! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful, it made a horrible situation into a great experience! Would highly recommend them to everyone! Thanks again John, and the entire Friendly staff.

Great experience

Great service.

Always going the extra mile to assist. When I needed some new fuses, they came out and brought a tool and assisted with installing them. It is easy to contact them, schedule appointment, and drop vehicle at dealership for service. I actually prefer Friendly Chevrolet over using my local garage for many of these service items.

KNOWLEDGEABLE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

I purchased a new Cruze from Derik Hymans and I received excellent customer service. He was able to explain features of every car that he showed me and the benefits offered with each product. I purchased a new car from him 3 years ago and I had the same experience. He believes in his product and this shows in his presentation of Friendly's products. I highly recommend Friendly Chevrolet for a vehicle purchase and trust Derik as a sales representative. My interaction with the store and Derik has been positive and professional.

Friendly was great to work and deal with

Started off with a salesman greeting us in the lot. He was kind and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at. Treated us very well from start to finish. I have always left a dealership feeling they got the best of me. Not this time. Great buying experience.
