Wonderful car buying experience

Walt Burnett was our salesman and he is AWESOME!!!!! We sent a message that we were interested in a Chevy Impala and Walt called us right away and we pretty much worked out everything over the phone. We came up to Springfield the same day and Walt had the car all ready for us to take on a test drive. Walt made this an easy and enjoyable experience for us and we really appreciate that. So thanks to Walt and to Friendly Chevrolet for a great car buying experience! :)

Great Sales Service

I couldn't ask for a better sales representative than Walt Burnett. Walt always treats me like a VIP and I appreciate the effort on his part. Walt always follows up with me after the sale to see how things are going with my new car even months after the sale.

What is Not to Like!

I was in for the FREE oil change on my new Equinox. It didn't take long and we enjoyed a nice cup of hot chocolate on you. It couldn't get any better than that.

Definitely lives up to the "Friendly" name

My salesman (John Oder) was excellent! Not pushy and able to get us the trade in amount we wanted. The finance guy we worked with was also very nice. We will definitely be return customers!

vehicle repairs

Friendly Chevrolet has excellent customer service and i would highly recommend them to anybody. Dan Stickel and the service manager Don Lord were very helpful and efficient.

Great service

Great service. My 2013 Chevy Avalanche had developed a rattle noise in the inside dashboard area. The service guys found that a clip had broken in the area of the defroster & had it all fixed by lunch time.

Great car buying experience

Someone was able to begin showing us cars as soon as we got to the lot. The salesman showed us all the cars we wanted to see and was very knowledgeable about the different options available with the vehicles. He showed us how all of the features of the car worked and was really fantastic to work with. I have good monthly payments and really enjoy my new car.

Great service, friendly staff, clean facility

I had done my homework up front and got online to check dealer inventory and went in on a Saturday knowing which car I wanted to test drive and hopefully work out a trade.
