Buying this truck at Tony Brown Chevrolet was very relaxing. Usually, I am stressed out about spending so much money, but this time was different. Thanks so much to Mr. Tony Brown, Mr Ed Tate and Mr. Tucker for making this go so smooth.

Have purchased new and used cars and trucks at Tony Brown Chevrolet. All employees who had anything to do with transactions, from buying to financing, etc. were excellent and absolutely knew what they were about.

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. No pressure, listened to what I wanted and didn't try to put me into something more expensive or didn't want. Explained everything about the truck I wanted to buy as far as warranty, options, etc. I got everything I wanted in my new truck and felt very comfortable with the deal we made as far as price, trade-in and financing. Every single person I had contact with was friendly and professional. I will go to this dealer again the next time I buy a car.

The staff were very personable. And they gave me the best deal I had seen all day on my trade in. I was able to bring the car in two days later to get it washed, and they went through the on star features with me and set up my hands free calling.

I called Travis Flaherty and told him I was looking for a used vehicle that got 25 miles or better Mpg. He said he had several vehicles on site that he could show me. When I was finally able to get there I had just missed Travis. Mel Markins saw me pull in and came out right away to help me. I work in Louisville had several dealers to chose from bought from Tony brown good people. Was looking for a Chevy Cruze they didn have the color I wanted, they found what I wanted made every thing simple and easy. The only thing I do not like about my new Cruze is that it doesn have cruise control.

i wAS PLEASE WITH EVERY EXPERIENCE, WE HAD WITH THE DEALER,OUR SALES PERSON WAS EXCEPTIONAL, THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS WE THOUGHT THE CAR WAS ON STAR CAPITABLE, BUT WHEN THE SALES PERSON CAME OUT TO SHOW US HOW TO DO OUR WELCOME CALL TO ON STAR, THATS WHEN HE REALIZED WE COULDN'T HAVE IT...WHEN I GOT HOME MY HUSBAND SAID WE SHOULD HAVE SAID WE WANTED A DIFFERENT CAR, SO WE COULD HAVE HAD THIS FEATURE, OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING GREAT

I was looking for a used car but stopped in our local Chevy dealer. The salesman was very helpful without being pushy and I really liked that. We tried a Sonic, the Cruise and Equinox but my main objective was great gas mileage so I chose the Sonic. The salesman was helpful,knowledgeble and if he didn't know something he found out from someone else,I liked his manner and he gave us a great deal. Overall a great experience.
