Worst experience I have ever had in buying a new vehicle. While I have had no issues with the Service Dept. The Sales Experience was terrible.

I brought my 2013 Silverado in due to Onstar system was down and I needed oil. Also, I had the check engine light on. Tyler assisted and saw a code for I believe the fuel pump. However, I was informed by Tyler it was the Onstar computer module that caused the error so no new fuel pump. The maintenance was done that day as I waited. Couple days later when the module came in, I brought the car back and I was driven to my house by an employee while the module was installed. A couple of hours later I was informed the car was ready and I picked it up its running perfect (I was offered a return ride by Tyler but I had a ride back).

All around amazing experience! I got my first car today, and it was a day I will never forget. The whole time, I felt heard and appreciated, and was helped by Adrian Demesa, who was very thoughtful and thorough with his explanations – if he knew the answer, it was quickly explained; if he didn't, he found out the answer before explaining it to me. He was very helpful the whole time, and helped make the experience of buying my first car ten times better!
