My husband and I purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride from

My husband and I purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride from Ferguson KIA two days ago… this dealership is not trustworthy. We worked with Tristan and it was not a good experience. He was not upfront or honest with multiple things. We asked specifically about the 160 point inspection that the dealership says they perform on all used vehicles they sell. We asked to see the specific results of that inspection for the vehicle we were purchasing, and Tristan said that was not an option of something we could view. He kept reverting back to the talking point that they had put $4000 into the vehicle to address other things (tires, windshield, and cabin filter). But he would not show us the report of how the car performed on that 160 point inspection. Next issue: when we went to pick up and purchase the vehicle, it barely had an eighth of a tank of gas. I asked Tristan about it, and his response was “all of the used vehicles we sell only come with a quarter of a tank of gas… new vehicles come with a full tank.” It was a bizarre and off putting response. If that is truly the policy of Ferguson, then that is not a good policy… it turns what should be a pleasant and happy experience into a less than happy one. The first thing the buyer has to do is drive to the gas station and pay $50 to fill up the new car they just purchased. (That’s not a good business model Ferguson KIA in regards to retaining customers). An additional issue: the car was not clean. The car was “detailed” according to Tristan, but it was still filthy. There was grime, dog hair, crumbs, dried up old food throughout the vehicle. It was gross. So after we took the car to put gas in it (since it had a 1/8 of a tank “per company policy”, we then had to pay to have it actually cleaned). ***And the last major issue (which was a very expensive issue): is that after we signed the paperwork and walked outside to get into our new vehicle that we just purchased, Tristan hands us *one key*. We asked for the other key, and were told that this vehicle only has one key, and then Tristan walked away. My husband went inside of the dealership to ask about the second key (which is standard that vehicles usually come with a key and a spare key). Tristan simply said, “this vehicle has one key”. This information should have been disclosed to us BEFORE we purchased the vehicle, not AFTER we signed the paperwork. This is wrong. Tristan was dishonest and shady and the definition of a “used car salesman”. We called Kia today to ask how much a second key would cost us, and Kia said it would cost $790 plus tax. That is over $800 for a second key (***that the car should have already come with***). My husband is a disabled veteran, and we have multiple young children. These extra expenses are not things that we can afford, and it is not right that Ferguson Kia has allowed these shady business practices to occur. What an unfortunate and disappointing transaction.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jeremy Bautista — a.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jeremy Bautista — a.k.a. Mr. Gold Standard — truly lives up to the name. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make my car-buying experience effortless and enjoyable. Buying a car can be stressful, but Jeremy made it feel like I was shopping with a trusted friend. He truly cared about finding the perfect fit for me, answered every question with patience, and never once rushed the process. I left not only with a car I love, but with complete confidence in my decision. Mr Gold Standard has lived up to the hype once again! I’m so grateful for his kindness and professionalism — he’s the reason I’ll be back in the future! #MGSTULSA #mrgoldstandard #newsuby4u

Jacob, Mike and Sean were amazing when we bought our new Outback! We had a great time “hanging out” with Jacob as we drove two cars and asked lots of questions. He was not only very friendly and knowledgeable, he was personable, and that makes a difference! His manager Mike and the financial advisor Sean were extremely proficient, welcoming and created a fun, no pressure environment for us. Go buy a car from them! Subarus are the best and the crew is wonderful to work with! Thanks guys!
