I had initially placed a deposit on a vehicle and was

I had initially placed a deposit on a vehicle and was considering purchasing from this dealership. While their pricing was competitive, my experience completely changed once I decided to move forward with another option. After notifying them and requesting my deposit back, I was only refunded $450 of the $500, I called to inquire why. When I called to ask about the remaining amount, I spoke with Christine Sepich at the front desk. The interaction was extremely unprofessional — I was told “we know who you are,” and then she proceeded to hang up that phone call, and increased her hostility towards me with the following phone call. On the following phone call, she transferred me to someone, and I could hear her in the background "just hang up, I don't have time for him" That level of dismissiveness and lack of basic customer respect is unacceptable. I understand not winning every deal, but how a dealership treats people after the sale (or in this case, after losing one) says everything about their business. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before working with this dealership or anything under the Troy Alan umbrella if this is how they will handle losing a sale . Competitive pricing means nothing if the customer experience falls apart the moment you’re no longer a sale on their books.

As always, the staff was courteous and considerate.

As always, the staff was courteous and considerate. I was given a next-day appointment. I appreciated being able to drop off my car. I was updated several times during the repairs with calls about what was found, what was needed, and the estimated cost.
