The estimated time to complete the service is accurate. My questions and concerns are always addressed to my satisfaction. Robert always takes good care of me. Danny Amidon will do what it takes to make sure the customer is taken care of. He's honest, professional, personal, and an expert. I've purchased two vehicles with him and simply won't work with anyone else. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. Fantastic team made of great people.

I made the appointment for a repair of the tire

I made the appointment for a repair of the tire monitoring system. I was given a choice of appointments all within a week. When I arrived with the car, the service manager was ready with all of the details. I elected to wait for the repair to be completed. I was given the cost of the repair and elected to proceed. Within about an hour all of the work was completed and the repair was a success. Good work all around by the technicians and Robert, the manager.

We had a great experience at Jim Clark Chevrolet purchasing our daughter’s first car. Pat was prepared when we arrived, having all the information on the three cars we had inquired about. He explained the options clearly to our daughter and us, answered all her questions, and took her on a test drive to ensure she felt confident in her decision. Once she chose her car, Pat went over the costs and handled everything efficiently. Willie made the payment process quick and easy. The car was clean, filled with gas, and ready to go. It was exactly how a car buying experience should be—smooth, professional, and stress-free.

After brake vacuum pump, oil pressure sensor, things

After brake vacuum pump, oil pressure sensor, things getting worked on plus a coolant flush and an oil change and I now have a new oil leak that started around the time that all happened. Another $119.95 to see if they messed something up or if is was a new issue. Every time I called in I felt as if they believed they knew what was wrong and anything I said was dismissed to an extent. They still tried to get another 2400 gamble on a wire you can't even see with out disassembleing the engine, after a few phone conversations they finally agreed to test it a different way before the expensive repair. Feels like a money grab mechanic group instead of a normal let's try to fix it right 1st time. Probably won't go back.
