I would not recommend buying from Superior.

I would not recommend buying from Superior. My day 10/09/25 started out at 10:09 I called about a truck, Pablo Zamora verified it was still in stock. I asked to receive numbers at 10:56 I received paperwork on the truck. we made the deal over the phone at 10:57 I asked what do I need to do to secure the truck they told me to fill out a credit app. I submitted the app at 11:04, at 12:10 Pablo called me back and said someone came in on their lunch break and is looking at the truck and they may buy it. They sold it after we agreed on a deal. I gave them a chance to make it right on an identical truck but Dennis said that they would not give me that price. The only thing they would do was have me wait 7 days and hope the truck was there when they get more rebates. My credit was dinged and my credit score dropped after i did everything I was told to do to secure the truck. A terrible experience on what should have been an easy transaction for them.

I had an amazing experience buying my Scat Pack Widebody

I had an amazing experience buying my Scat Pack Widebody at Superior Dodge, thanks to Ben and Craig! Ben was professional, honest, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure the car I drove a long distance for was exactly what I wanted and in the condition I was hoping to find. I felt heard, respected, and taken care of every step of the way. Ben never made assumptions about a woman coming in to buy a Scat—he treated me like a fellow enthusiast and we had a great conversation about cars in general. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free, and I drove off with total confidence and appreciation for him, in a car that I absolutely love. Huge shoutout to Craig in finance as well! He made the paperwork painless and was just as committed to making the process easy and transparent. If you're looking for a team that truly cares about your experience and will go the extra mile to make it right, ask for Ben and Craig at Superior Dodge. Highly recommend! P.S. So impressed with people and price came all the way from SC to buy truck! I found a truck on their page called and talked to Lane. We came to a price was, and was sent the quote to me. There was no add on back door junk that other dealers try to sneak in. We talked through everything including what rebates I did and didn’t qualify for. Because we were able to reach such a great deal I was able to fly out to buy the truck and drive it back to SC and still beat local dealers around here by over 5 grand. Because we had a settled deal pending a good test drive the dealer sent Seth to pick me up in the truck from the Tulsa airport and then I test drive it back to the dealer. Daniel in finance was fantastic! We communicated back and forth and I already had my loan done before flying and and able to get him everything he needed. So what normally takes hrs of paperwork was done in about an hr. I was so impressed with the dealer and the men I worked with that I would (if needed) fly back out to buy from them again and drive it back. After months of shady sales people and managers only interested in ripping me off it was a great pleasure to work with a dealer and people with integrity and character. Dosnt mean that you’ll always hear what you want but I can say I know they were telling me truth. So if your looking for a new car or truck go see Lane or Seth (who just moved up to sales) and let Daniel help you in finance. Again you might not get all you want but you’ll get their best.

Well where do I start.

Well where do I start. Not only was deals made that wasn’t what was agreed upon but the shadiness that was done to fraudulently get something done that makes a nice profit for the dealer but the basically I got bent over with a cactus and made to like it. If need a veihl i would recommend the neighborhood crackhead, at least you know what you are getting.

On 02/05/2022 my wife and I bought a new Jeep Wrangler

On 02/05/2022 my wife and I bought a new Jeep Wrangler from Superior Jeep,,was pleased with the experience. We bought another Jeep recently from a different dealership and are now trying to make contact with the finance manager Daniel Daigneault with Superoir Jeep to get our gap insurance money reimbursement. My wife talked to him over 2 weeks ago and was told by him that his dealership had our money and it would take no more than 2 weeks for them to send it to us. We have not yet received our money even after us both calling Daniel over 5 times today, 06/21/2023, and leaving voice messages on his phone. Even worse he has still not called us back. This is the very definition of terrible customer service after a sale. I will be calling and talking to the dealership manager in the morning to see why his employee can't seem to find the time in a whole day of work to return a phone call. Very sad service!!!

Alan did such an amazing job.

Alan did such an amazing job. He helped my husband find exactly what I needed and had everything ready when we got there to make it as quick and simple as possible. He even came out of his way to meet us after we left because he wanted to make sure we left with a full tank of gas. He and the whole crew were extremely nice and helpful. We will be going back in the future!

not a honest dealer,was told to come down best deal in

not a honest dealer,was told to come down best deal in town i travel 240 miles 1 way from mo, truck was advertise 1,646 mile got there not detail or clean boss was driving it plus rock ship on windchild, and 2500 miles payment were high for used 799 and wont come down now 1 month later they call me 2000 bucks less and payment 3 dollars less, now in nov cheaper more miles still 769 a month now this is 22 used cant get no discount due to used ok but one o miles new 22 ,,black friday, employee discount, rebates, incentives chrysler fianace 0, due the math same truck brand new no boss crusing it alot cheaper deal and payment they also have aq black one 22 7500 miles 55,410 same deal payment high intrest rate high and this guys cant be talk lower act like only dealer with a truck,due the math not worth buying 22 with used miles no rebates nothing period, i also talk to charles wright in nov and he said we dont want to deal with you , i quess they dont like the truth..

DONT BUY THERE, CON PEOPLE RIP OFF DEALS

they claim they got best prices and will deal with you to to come get good deal, i drove 240 miles one way to get there truck was advertise 1646 miles, got there 2300 miles and still same price 58,795 came down 300 due to chip and miles, then they did paper work, 4000 down n 3000 for my truck 84 month payment 779, crazy, walk away, today they called me now truck over 56,431 salesman said he would talk to boss to come down salseman has no pull weak, the boss keeps driving around putting miles,so salesman calls back said no the boss didnt come down a penny so i said how much on my payment same deal 7000 down came back to me at 776 payment a month 3 bucks differrent,what con idiots there boss greedy, salesman got no power,can you belive 58,795 now 56,341 difference and only made 3 dollar difference, what a joke, i wont buy nothing from them con people,manger can keep driving it till they find someone dumb enought to buy,,take my word alot better dealer then that and honest ones.
