YOU DON'T LEARN ANYTHING ABOUT A DEALERSHIP UNTIL AN ISSUE ARISES. Blaine was my sales person and is definitely a straight shooter. I purchased a used vehicle and there was an issue with the lug studs on one of the tires. Since Yark replaced the brakes, the service tech had to have known about it. I'm certain Blaine did not. When I replaced the tires this caused an added repair and tow that I had to pay for. When I reached out to Blaine he was willing to pay for the repair. That might seem like a small thing, but I had already purchased the car "as is", they were under no obligation to do anything, but they did. THAT is good service.
