Fast and perfect engine block heater installation on 2018 Toyota 4-Runner. Vehicle washed and swept after completion. Ultra clean and comfortable facilities. Patti Fifield, showroom guide, provided a ceramic cup for me to enjoy custom-brewed customer coffee with, during the short service wait. Friendly and genuinely interested service and sales staff. Will buy next Toyota(s) from Great Falls' greatest car dealership! What every American driver deserves. Visit City Motor Company and prosper!

We purchased new car at city motor with mike Smith . This process was as pleasant as it could be. Mike was patient , knowledgeable, and the feel we had was he was trustworthy. Not pushy, but gentle in every way on his presentation.!!! Also Devon in Business was excellent as well!! People , from all over go to city to purchase your vehicle!! First class! So Excited!
I conducted the majority of my dialoguing through the internet. Ryan was the first person I conversed with. Then when I went to test drive the vehicle Earl helped through that process. Both gentlemen were professional, attentive and eager to help the process be a positive experience. I purchased my vehicle and the entire process was painless. I was not looking forward to going through needing to work with a car salesman and this agency was in integrity the entire time. Thanks guys!

Exceptional Customer Service!
My husband and I have had a run of bad luck from car dealerships so we were skeptical as always trying out a new dealership. We couldn't have been more surprised and pleased with City Motor Company. Great Time
I was very pleased throughout the entire process. My salesperson Nate was fantastic. He helped me get the vehicle i wanted, and the price i wanted, with very litte struggle. I highly recommend this dealer to everyone looking for both new and used vehicle.

Nicely done as always!
I was greeted promptly but told it would be one and a half hours before my oil change was done. This was due to two flat tires ahead of me. However, my car was done in slightly over an hour which is normal.

Everyone is so pleasant and professional. The waiting area is pleasant and comfortable. Work is completed in a timely manner. When I drive off after service I know the vehicle is literally good to go.

Great Service - expert mechanics
Very high level of quality customer service and expert mechanics. Always friendly, always has hot coffee and tea and I can bring my 4Runner in as often as I want to get it washed!
