The main reason I went to this dealership is because I have a friend that works there. After purchasing a new car there, I would say that I will be a return customer whether or not my friend is still employed at that time.

Prompt and great service. I was greeting as soon as I entered the building. My appointment was easy to make online. The waiting area was very comfortable with great amenities. If did not take very long and I was told as soon as my vehicle was done. They parked in an area close to the door and it was easy to get in the vehicle and leave the parking lot.

Great dealership, Awesome staff who are eager to help in anyway possible. The sales staff are not rude or pushy and that creates a trusting environment to purchase or to shop for a new car or truck.

It was a good appointment- I did have some trouble when calling to make the appointment- I guess the "system" was down. I also did not receive a call back to verify a time of the appointment when the system was back up. I had to call to see if there was a time and day set up.

Needed a service and check engine light was on They found a frayed wire and repaired

I went for an oil change and it was started on time and completed in a timely manner. The waiting room was neat and several choices for refreshments. Greeted in friendly manner and servicemen very nice and polite.

Got service immediately upon request... New vehicle oil change. Mechanic got oil on the interior of truck. Service manager took action immediately to resolve the issue. Mechanic personally apologized. That impressed us and Hopefully a lesson learned in car care.
