I made an appt.
I made an appt. for an oil change and tire rotation. They also seen I needed a cab filter and changed it. Then came home.with a freshly washed pickup. All went smooth. Thanks!

Extremely impressed
I?m one of those shoppers that is willing to travel from Jamestown to Grand Forks to find a great deal. After truck shopping for over a week I decided to look at a truck at Puklich Chevrolet. The funny part is I work in Valley City but had the thought process that you need to drive to a bigger town to get a better deal! Nooope! Right in town is where I found great customer service and the best part it was exactly what I wanted thousands less than Fargo or Grand Forks. Poor Communication
Our Envoy broke down and went to Puklich for repair. On Monday we were told it needed an ignition switch, would cost $450, and be done Tuesday. After two days of calling we got back in contact with service on Thursday. The total was now $850 due to "more work" which was never communicated to us. Upon picking it up the actual amount was $950. Awful experience.

Oil change
Everything was great and maybe this is kind of silly but when you take your vehicle for an oil change other places, like Quick Lane at the Ford dealership in Valley City, they vacuum the carpeting also. Kind of just a little courtesy act, it's really appreciated when it's done.

Excellent Service Department!!!
Had a flat tire and needed it replaced. The crew at Puklich were friendly and courteous and I was back on the road in no time! I wouldn't take my vehicle for work anywhere else. Keep up the good work guys!!
