House Chevrolet is top notch

I've never been disappointed with the service, hospitality, or the knowledge at House Chevrolet in Stewartville. They are always friendly and greet you as you come in. The work only needs to be done once as they fix it the first time. I've been buying and servicing my vehicles here for over 30 years now.

tire presure lite stays on problem.

A positive fast solution to set tire pressure to 40psi prescribed on sticker on inside door side frame instead of 32psi so that the tire preasure lite turned off.

My only complaint is when I went to pick up vehicle was kept vwaiting 20 minutes while staff were in Greg's office . Felt like customer should have come first.

2018 Redline Edition Silverado

Everything about this car buying experience was fantastic. There was a 3 month period of time where we looked and looked for the vehicle I wanted and when they saw one available they went up and picked it up for me in a very quick amount of time. Brian Hoover explained the truck's inside and out flawlessly and talked about possible options. Very happy with my purchase and I had a window seal issue after 3 months and they took it in and fixed it free right away. Very good small town feel buying experience. I will be doing more business with them in the future.

wouldn' think of going to another dealer

Happy again with House Chevrolet

We went to House Chevrolet to look at Equinox vehicles in the range of 2014 to 2016. This was exactly what we were shown and permitted to drive. Features, mileage, and price were explained. There was no pressure to purchase immediately when we said we wanted to think about the purchase overnight. They are personable and listen to what the customer wants.
