should be criminal

i toke my 2004 cadillac xlr to team car had a car shield warrenty told that my car needed a fuel pump, team told warreny company that it would cost 3200 dollars to replace a fuel . warrenty company told me thet though this was fraud and would nor cover this. because of the excessive cost. GM shop rate on this job was around 1200 dollars . finally got the cost to 2200 still a rip off

Sold me a LEMON of a car!!

Told it was a great vehicle, in great condition 2012 Terrain 64 K mileage. Wasn't real clean like a dealer detail. Overlooked that. Purchased 2.26.2021, gave a 30 day as is Warranty. Maybe should of been a red flag. My 2010 Equinox from a totally awesome dealership had 62 K on it 2 yrs ago when purchased. Not an issue to date and they gave a 90 day warranty on it. One payment made on this Lemon and guess what low idol issues, extremely odd noise stalling out when at a full stop. Got it home now it won't start. So either blown engine or timing chain issues. Dealership said not their problem. I know it wasnt new but a little more really, 60 days at 13K. LMAO. Wouldnt even offer to have a GMC Dealetship in my area look at it at their expense. They know they put lipstick on a pig with this one.

After a careful review of your file, as we discussed on the phone, the results of our review are as follows. We do empathize with your situation. Our pre-owned vehicles are subjected to a 172 multipoint inspection before they are offered for sale. The Terrain that you purchased was a low mileage local trade, which was maintained properly by the previous owner. The Terrain qualified for the extended warranty. At the time of sale, you declined the extended warranty on four separate documents. You also accepted the 30 Day or 1000 mile warranty on two others. We do try to work with our customers whenever possible. Unfortunately, not only were you past the time period, you were well over 5 times the mileage of the warranty within that timeframe. That is why we were unable to lend support to you for this issue. Thank you Jason Squires General Manager

unsatisfied customer support

Unknowingly purchased a vehicle from this company with an adhesive sprayed under to hide rust. now 3 yrs. later it cannot legally pass inspection anywhere without a new frame put under it. I still owe $13,000. on a vehicle that can no longer be run. I was basically told by management it was not their problem and would do nothing to help with this situation.

Chevy Shopping

The times are difficult because of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Auto dealers have been restricted in how the selling and servicing of vehicles takes place. Within the constraints of this setting Team Chevy did a really good job of keeping us safe, maintaining physical/social distancing, and did so in a dignified manner. Please remember that showrooms are not being used and waiting areas are subject to social/physical distancing. In addition, sales people are asked to maintain the 6 feet of separation. We chose to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned Chevy Colorado. There was opportunity to "haggle" a bit over trade value and vehicle pricing, though we were not talked to in a demeaning manner, as has occurred at a few other dealerships. We made a deal that worked for us and for the dealership while retaining respect for each other. The dealer fully explained the vehicle and the benefits of the Chevy Certified Pre-Owned program. We were able to complete the delivery a few days after finalizing our deal. We waited a few days with the dealership to hope some after market items would come in before we received our truck. Unfortunately, the delivery system has not functioned as expected during this difficult time. We now have an appointment to have our mud flaps and running boards installed and only a few extra days of waiting. This dealership had a "safe" area set up according to protocols from the CDC. We felt very safe while completing the paperwork prior to driving off in our new to us Chevy Colorado. Thanks TEAM CHEVY.

I drive an hour when there is a dealership 10 minutes from me just to buy at Team Chevrolet

The experience was relaxed with no pressure. I went there to check the car out with no idea to buy that day, but the offer was supriseingly good that I made the buy.
