I like the fact that you don't have to make appointments for general maintenance. That first come-first served practice makes it easier to plan other errands. The intake process is efficient. Our service experience continues to be more and more positive because of the staff's welcoming and customer oriented approach.

Every thing went smooth till next day I washed my truck and noticed 3 rock pecks in the windshield I sent Will a text but have not heard anything back after all one of his questions to me was find my trade in have any pecks or damage to windshield so I would assume that because he ask me that the truck I was trading for did not have any either I would greatly appreciate my windshield to be replaced

Service was excellent and has been since Mr. Franks took over the Service Dept. Before then I had honestly come to the conclusion that buying a GMC product there was a big mistake; but not anymore. Truth be known, Mr. Franks is probably now selling more GMC products at Dossett than any salesman you have.
