We were very satisfied with the service Tim Wilcox provided. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and attentive to our needs and concerns. Tim kept us well informed on what was happening with our vehicle. He called with updates on our Tahoe which allowed us to make alternative plans for transportation ahead of time. Tim truly understood what an inconvenience it was without a vehicle for 10 days and did his part in seeking the quickest yet proper solution.
