Communication at the beginning w/ my advisor was
Communication at the beginning w/ my advisor was inconsistent but towards the end Mr Travis stepped in and explained everything in detail and more. He also went the extra mile to make things right after having to wait quite a bit of time. Overall I would say my experience was good and my advisor stepped up as well. Great job with actually listening and mitigating issues with your customers!

The sales person was great.
The sales person was great. Very friendly and easy to talk to. The finance person and myself would never get along!! It took him four times , redoing the paperwork and he still messed it up. He added $4000.00 to my paper work and it’s all electronic, so you can’t see what’s going on. I have visited the dealership and called twice. He said it would be taken off, but THREE WEEKSand it is still there. Plus , because of him , my note ended up about sixty bucks more than it should have… SO ,NO I AM NOT REAL HAPPY!!!!
